Never, Never use CertaPro of Hoboken, Phil Dell’aglio owner. I hired him to paint most of my apartment and besides doing an abdominal job, the man is very unprofessional and extremely rude. The ceiling has all of these wide streaks I believe caused by spackling they did to repair settling cracks. The crown molding and all the trim not painted thoroughly, I paid for two coats I only got one. There is some trim that was missed completely I was assured by Phil Dell’aglio that the painters would fix any imperfections, dings and cracks, the only thing they fixed is what I pointed out to them everything else they just painted over. My mistake was that I trusted him that he would come and fix whatever the problem was and I paid in full when the painters were done, When I did contact him through e-mail to point out the problem with the ceiling and also told him that there were a few other things that needed some touch ups, what I got is a very unprofessional and rude person who could not commit to come over and see the problem he kept responding very unprofessional and rude via e-mail and would request that I call him, the only thing he had to do was talk to the painters and I’m sure they would tell him the problem with the ceiling, I did tell them before they left I was not happy with the ceiling.
