After having a bad experience with another vendor for wallpaper removal and painting, I decided to go with CertaPro of Edison. I am so happy with the work that they did and how fast it was finished. From the beginning they were total professionals in assessing the job and giving me the quote. Ed was able to do it on the spot, even handing me a printed quote. I was so impressed with the quality of the work done. It was so much better than my previous experience. I highly recommend CertPro of Edison and will use them for any work I have in the future.

Ed and his crew were an absolute pleasure. My vinyl siding had faded from dark grey to very light grey. I'd always heard that you can't paint vinyl siding but Ed explained otherwise and we couldn't be happier. He was extremly attentive and professional at every step of the process. My house is now back to its original color and I anticpiate years of it looking this good. His men were as professional as he was was, neat and polite. Great team of guys there!!!

Horrible. We had just replaced the blinds and carpet and they managed to get paint on both. They also lost our light switch and at first took the side of their painter who said it never existed. They eventually reimbursed us for the switch and the blinds ($260). Aside from that, they don't remove all your faceplates. They painted around them. And, believe it or not, they don't use many tarps, for the most part, they are working directly on your unprotected floors. I can go on, but they've waisted enough of our time.

They work through numerous scheduling challenges (thanks Stephanie!) with my rental units that required several days to complete. Working with CertaPro has truly been the greatest experience. From the moment Ed entered our home, he was kind, courteous and honest. His amazing painters turned the house into OUR home. My project manger, Leo, was an absolute dream to work with. He and his painting partner were so detail oriented and worked insanely hard to get our walls perfect. I truly LOVE this company and I am debating repainting the house again so I can work with them again (haha). PICK THIS COMPANY! Stephanie, the office manager, was amazing as well!

Appeared to be professional until the work began. The workers came the first day at 10 and was unprepared.Did not start painting until around 12 noon.They have no experience painting and ruined my walls. Took multiple breaks and when asked questions they could not answer except to say I just do what my boss tells me. Ed Glasor the owner was called multiple times and does not call you back.He could care less.The office manager Stefanie pretends she does not communicate with Ed the owner she also says I need to talk to Ed and lies.When I finally talked to Ed about my walls being ruined he said 'I did my best'' he never came to the job to see the horrible work. They left my house a mess that can not be fixed. i will be getting a lawyer.This is a nightmare my family is going through and Ed will not answer my calls.

I recently hired Mr. Glasser and his highly skilled workers to paint my home. I appreciated Mr. Glasser's professionalism throughout the process which gave me peace of mind. He is extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be done and the products that needed to be used to make my home look terrific. The office manager, Stephanie, was also very professional and quick to follow up with any question I had. She was a delight. The men who came to my home were very polite, trust worthy and highly skilled at their jobs. They showed up on time and completed each day's work as they said they would. More work was needed than I expected to make my great room, master bedroom and two other bedrooms look great again! They scheduled four days, finished in three and left my house neat can clean. I could not ask for more. My house looks great!

Ed was very prompt and reliable when it came to the estimates, communications and scheduling. We have had this company work on our previous and current homes. When we sold our last home they buyers loved the area Ed and his team did work on and said it was the deciding factor in purchasing the home. They helped us completely change the look of a large room in our current home in record time. They use high grade supplies and the results are just what we wanted. We decided against a small portion of the last project and we received the balance very quickly in the mail! We highly recommend this company and plan on using them for future projects!

Never again! Well I tried to put a bad experience behind me. Since I just received an email today to please review on Google, well you asked not me. The owner never ever showed up on site to over see the work. In fact had one of the painters ask for the check when completed. Employees are subcontractors painting (have their own company besides working for CertaPro) under the CertaPro name. The office girl who was in my opinion a screw up, had them paint the wrong foundation color, that was just one of many of her mistakes. The scraping off of the old paint was minimal at best. The guys that did the painting, were friendly but CertaPro is definitely not what they claim to be. Corporate is a joke. Don't waste your time with them either, they will just blow you off. I can back my claims, my story is 100% true!

They are an absolute mess Have tried attaching one picture that should say a 1000 words. This business and Ed in specific takes no ownership of his work. - Paint job is patchy throughout the house...look at anything (walls or ceilings) - Brings inexperienced labor with no oversight. - Labor has audacity to tell you that "dont worry about a bad paint job below waist height...nobody notices" - Dripping paint all over the house and on the walls - Bad spackling patches as shown in picture throughout the house - Basic fundamental hammering of popping nails is also not addressed. - Call Ed to review and he pretends to be busy. He is only sweet spoken till you sign the contract - If you change room color, he will charge you for the paint change claiming to have already bought the paints. But will neither deliver the paint that he claims to have already bought, nor be willing to deduct the cost - Disconnected dryer during paint and did not bother to connect the vent. When we switched on the dryer the steam hit the walls and damaged/soaked it. He refused to take responsibility...Not even an apology - Tried to cheat on number of vents painted and argued about it. We had to actually ask him to come and physically count. Then he agreed to deduct the charges... - I eventually replaced him with my handyman and they did a phenomenal job at less than 1/2 the price - The only thing Ed does well is put a big CertaPro board outside your house announcing and seeking free advertisement and he will do that without seeking your permission
