horrible experiences, they were late (1+ hrs) 2 days out of three. That left paint chips in flower beds, dripped paint on the bushes. Did not follow the contract, ie did not remove shutters and downspouts as stated in the contract, they argued with me when I asked about it. Basement doors were supposed to be glossy but they painted it flat. Never once saw a supervisor and the painters barely spoke English, or they pretended not to. Talked to the owner and seemed like he doesn’t care because he’s got his $$$. Stay away.cant stress that enough. Rip off

Cant say enough great things about CertaPro in Red Bank. We chose CertaPro to paint out entire home in December. We had every inch painted - every wall, every bedroom, every piece of moulding, ever window sill, literally everything. They did an amazing job. They worked non stop for days, working around the movers. They were professional, and friendly. Chris was very responsive. It was an overwhelming time and they made our home beautiful for the holidays! Now it feels like a home and not just a house. Definitely call them!

From Matt coming to give us an estimate to setting a date with Tracy and the great work from Alvaro and Miguel we had nothing but a great experience with everyone at Certa pro!!! Matt was on time and put up with my crazy dog while taking measurements, Tracy went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and that my job would be done on time. Alvaro and Miguel did a great job painting and worked neatly and with care!!! I would definitely recommend working with everyone at certapro!!!

Hot Mess

We had our kitchen cabinets painted using CertaPro. The quality and craftsman of their work is exceptional. The job was done in two days and they looked amazing. However when it came to payment...things changed. I repeatedly asked their office staff both by e-mail and phone to send all payment related information not to me, but the owner of the home, and it fell completely on deaf ears. I don't know about anyone else, but I found this to be rather unprofessional and annoying. If the office staff worked half as hard as the gentleman doing the actual work, they would have been given 5 stars.

Move on. Don’t waste your time with Certa Pro. We hired Certa Pro to paint our new entire interior house as well as they were supposed to install and paint crown molding in 2 rooms. I specially asked, Matt, the estimator if they had a carpenter that did crown molding. And he assured that they did. We hired them, but After day 2 of painting I asked when the crown molding was going to be installed and the crew was confused and didn’t know anything about the crown molding. I got a call from Matt stating that he made a mistake and did not mention that I was supposed to supply the the crown molding. In trying to avoid any conflict, I bought the crown molding and the “carpenter” picked it up. The quotes is because this guy ended up at my house for 8 house and only installed 3 sides of molding hand and filled up 2 trash bags of cuts, he was no carpenter. He claimed he was using a left handed saw and could not get the cuts right. If I could post a picture of the hack job, you would run from doing any work withCerta Pro. I was so angry. The next day I asked the guy to remove what he hung and get out. I didn’t make a big deal about the money because I really just wanted the job to be done and move into my house. When I later got a follow up survey from Certa Pro home office and explained my situation, I was told I would be getting a call. 4 months later, nothing. This franchise should not be in operation. And as someone who worked for Certa Pro 20 yrs ago, I would now not recommend them the my worst enemy. Overpriced nightmare is what you will get.

We are thoroughly pleased with the job that CertaPro in Red Bank did on the exterior of our house. The house is 3000 square feet, with a deck, and detached two car garage. The house, deck, and garage all needed some carpentry work in addition to all of the painting. Leo and his crew were nothing short of amazing. They accomplished a herculean task in only 5 1/2 days, working 10 hours or more almost every day. They cleaned up thoroughly every evening, and whenever we asked that they double check something or go back and touch up a spot, they responded immediately to take care of the issue. We recommend them highly and without reservation. The price was fair, the work completed on time, and done to our complete satisfaction.

Sebastian and Freddy performed a fantastic job painting my home. They were meticulous, accommodating and professional during the entire process. Even when I called for a color change that had already begun being painted there was no delay in the schedule or their professional demeanor. An excellent experience overall!!!

The team of Peter (initial quote), Anna (office manager, scheduling and payment), and Sebastian (painting and spackle work) were great and completed a job well done for a very fair price. We had 2 sizable interior rooms and a small exterior portion of our house painted within a few weeks of the initial estimate. Will for sure call again for repeat business when needed.

If it was possible to leave zero stars, we would. After finally getting a confirmation (after we emailed twice and called twice) that work would begin today as scheduled, it's 5pm and no one has yet to show or call to update us. I totally understand that things come up, but for a company that prides itself on customer service, one would expect basic forms of communication to be a minimum. If we end up getting any work done, we'll update the review afterwards.

I have used certa pro perviously... we have just contracted them to paint all bedrooms, hallways , stairs etc.. on 2nd and 3rd floor (They painted 1st floor 2 years ago) they completed the exterior about 3 weeks later (had to wait for good weather) our house colors were designed by an historical colorist...and they painted the body one colors, other parts another color..and windows, eaves a shadow color. they stained my front mahogany porch (which I was not really happy with..and they redid it to my satisfaction the next day) and repaired some planks and painted our back yard deck... we did this to put our house on the market..and it sold within 2 weeks of completion. the certa pro people are really great... might cost a bit more than smaller companies... but, they care about the service they provide..and will NEVER leave a site with the homeowners unhappy. I would suggest to anyone who needs their services...to contact them and get an estimate...

They called me to let me know they had a cancellation on Thursday and did I want them to come that morning? Yes, I would! I was so excited to have the kitchen painted. They got there at 10:15 and were finished by 3:30pm. The two men pulled out the refrigerator and painted the walls behind it that no one could see and then they proceeded to wash the floor underneath! The took down the vertical blinds and washed the top valance for me and re-hung them when they were done. They also put back the pictures on the walls and even put the wineglasses back in the hanging wine rack. Always polite and quiet, they worked efficiently and professionally. I have used CertaPro before and will definitely use them in the future. They are worth the money; remember you get what you pay for!
