Wonderful team! Frank is so friendly and professional and the office worked quickly to get him out for a price quote even with very little notice. I so appreciated their attention to my tight schedule and their fair price for even a "small job" that most other painters didn't think was "worth" taking on. The job was done fast, well, and the communication throughout was commendable and impeccable - especially since I do not live in the area. They went above and beyond helping me with various aspects of getting my apt. ready for new tenants and I could not be happier, I highly recommend them!

I discovered Certa Pro about 4 years ago after lesser experiences with other painters. Frank's advice on color choices has been excellent. Instant photo-quotes gives confidence from the start, and he follows through. I have used Frank Mai and his team of professionals on three occasions. In every instance, work was prompt and perfect. They left my home only after a meticulous clean-up.

I contacted Certapro to paint the inside and outside of my house for around $10,000. The paint on the outside was cracking before the end of the year. I called Frank Mai. He showed up, inspected the paint and saw that it was indeed cracking. But he only spot painted the area. Less than a year later, the paint was cracking again! This time, he repainted the whole house again but the crew he hired was absolutely horrible! They left paint spatters all over my outside banisters. They left wet paint on my lawn. They broke my garden hose holder and stole the garden hose attachment. They left paint chips chips everywhere. I'm still finding chipped paint on the ground. And to top it off, they went into my garden shed without permission and left a drop cloth absolutely filled with chipped paint. This was the most horrible experience I have ever had with any contractor. I would absolutely caution you to stay far away from this company. I haven't even told the full story!

as a property administrator it is important to find contractors that are responsive, organized, and of course do a great job. Certapro of Clifton , and their supervisor Frank are the absolute best. he always responds in a timely fashion and provides estimates within just a few days. If i could use Frank and his crew for all my repairs/jobs I 100000% would !!!

The company was recommended to me by a neighbor who really liked their work. I had a fair estimate, and decided to hire them for a project! I scheduled and confirmed a date with the sales person about 4 days in advance. On the date of work, no crew showed up. I called and was told there was a scheduling issue (after I'd cleared and planned my whole day with my three kids to be available but out of the house). There would be no compensation, but "can they come tomorrow?" I called the office to speak to the owner to politely express my frustration and to find out if they could give me any discount at all for the no show. I was told the owner would call. I was never called. At the end of the business day I called the office again. I was told that the owner was too busy to call me, and that they could come back tomorrow and apologize, but there would be no discount. I politely said that, since no crew came to work with no word until I called to check on things, and I couldn't even speak to the owner about the issue, I would rather cancel as day of my time was wasted, and I feel like I can't trust the service or warranty. Very disappointing experience.

We used Frank and CertraPro painting about 2 years ago and it was a stress-free experience. They did a great job and completed painting the whole house in a timely manner. I'm writing this review now as we had one spot that appeared to not to take the paint well. I emailed Frank about this and he was over the same day to check it out. Within a short period of time he had his team come out and redo that area. No hassle at all, as this company clearly stands by their work and warranty. Would recommend!

Mr. Frank came on time for the inspection of the house which I appreciate greatly. He completed a very thorough inspection of the house and advised us on which parts to fix before we paint the house. The price was very reasonable. They completed the work on time as promised. I’m just extremely content with the work they did on the whole house. It just came out very very beautiful.
