stole a spare key from my patio, broke my window and said nothing, left a huge mess more than once including screws all over my drive way , one of which is now stuck in my car tire . They did a sloppy half ass job and stare a little too much in my opinion , very unprofessional .

UPDATE: I MUST apologize -- My previous review was regarding the AZ franchise of this company, and has absolutely nothing to do with this Las Vegas location (which, by the way, is run by an absolutely outstanding gentleman!!). In my correspondence with the Las Vegas owner (over my error), Cory was the kindest, most professional and understanding individual imaginable. To the Las Vegas clients: Based off of the owner's business acumen alone, I am absolutely certain that you are in great hands with this company!!!

I really appreciated these guys! Not only are they amazing painters, they are great guys who give back to the community. I was getting ready to paint my house and came across a fundraiser where Unforgettable Coatings had donated a gift certificate to paint a house for over $2,000. I ended up winning the silent auction. They were amazing to work with, gave me some great recommendations and the paint job they did was phenomenal. I really appreciated Justin and the crew! Thanks!! Unforgettable Coatings recently painted our entire community at Fairway Pointe. They did an amazing job, the crew were considerate and friendly hard workers. The crew chief was always on site and proper notification was given to all residents of when to expect their home to be worked on. Any problems were addressed quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Briefly, UCI performed exactly as they said they would. They were timely and efficient. But most importantly they kept their word and came back a year later to repaint garage doors and trim which had faded due to a paint issue that had no bearing on their performance. This was done at no charge to the HOA. We have been very satisfied with the expediency of their responses.

Unforgettable Coatings painted my large building in 9 hours over 2 days. They carefully found all problem areas. Repaired and sealed them. Painted with ease. They cleaned up after each day and did not disturb or damage any personal items. They came back and searched for overspray or missed areas and corrected their work. They were more than professional and pleasant turning what could have been an anxiety filled experience into an incredible experience. I cannot give them enough praise.

I’ve been a Vegas resident for over 20 years and have NEVER experienced such AWESOME customer service. Not only do the painters show up on time, but they are super friendly, dressed professionally, and clean up when they are done. They literally paint with huge smiles on their face and take the time to answer any questions. Their work is unmatched & can’t be beat. The company also gives back to the community! If you need a painter, you’d be crazy not to go with Unforgettable Coatings!!! If I could give more than five stars I would!

Unforgettable Coatings was hired by our Homeowners Association after an exhausting bid process with many companies that participated in that process. Our community is Vintage Vegas with a brand new look and painting that has put the past 45 years to shame with big box store paint palettes. A special thanks to Ashlee Hott, HOA Account Executive for Sherwin Williams Company her expertise helped guided our association through this process and I personally enjoyed working with her.
