Poor work. They first contacted my insurance company and gave them an estimate for the work being done. The insurance company agreed and also had them sign a letter stating that they wouldn't come back for any more than the payment agreed to. This low budget company went and got a claim filed and a judgment rendered without me even going to court. Sneaky. I have the document that your office signed and I'm now aware of the judgement and filing an appeal. The doors on the closets in the basement weren't installed properly. The drywall was a mess. Not completed on time and the lady in the office is trash. See you in court.

I am beyond impressed by our experience with Jayson and Above Average as a company. Their name says it all, you're going to get excellent work, excellent customer service and above the average experience with your finishing needs. This team worked for 7 days to finished an entire 2 bedroom/bathroom, bar, living room and flex room! 4,875 SqFt! We stressed over who to trust to bring our vision to life. We worried that the integrity of the upstairs wouldn't carry to the basement if we chose a company that didn't know what they were doing. Well Jayson knows basements and painting. He was prompt to come out to the site and evaluate the project. He discussed our goals for the project and emailed us a detailed bid for the job. He included insurance, reviews and references in the email while gaining our confidence in his reliability. Once we signed the contract and emailed it over, he started the job the next day. His team came right on time, introduced themselves and got to work! All week they knocked this project out. Always professional, polite and informative. Jayson spent time calling us throughout the week after visiting the site to insure work was being done well to the plan. We reviewed invoices and receipt of payment by his office manager promptly each time. Every day was planned out and this team delivered every time. The end result is beautiful. Detailed archways, difficult design challenges and unique space made for a tough job. They didn't disappoint and the downstairs is beautiful. The texture on the ceiling is so uniformed and detailed throughout each room. Bullnose corners helped carry the upstairs into the basement. The windows look perfect as well as each of the rooms. They outdid themselves and we are very satisfied clients. I would recommend them for any drywall and paint projects you have. *Update* We had them come back out to do more work, again completely satisfied. They've primed and painted our entire basement, trim, and doors. They did a fantastic job!

Above Average really went above and beyond for my brother and I! Jayson was very professional and friendly when he came to our house to do the inspection and provide us with a VERY reasonably priced estimate! Communication was excellent, and the finished work is fantastic. Not only did they repair drywall, but they did some minor framing work, and plywood install as well. They also did an amazing job of blending the ceiling texture, I honestly can't even tell that a repair was made. When I met one of their workers, Dirk, I was very impressed with how friendly and professional he was. Lastly, they did an awesome job of cleaning up. Excellent experience overall! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs drywall repairs in the Omaha-Metro area!
