Josh is a great friend first. And because we’re friends, I wanted hire his company, All Star Painting, to do my painting. Sometimes hiring friends doesn’t always work out so well. Not this time, though. Josh, Joey, et al did an awesome job painting my walls and doors. Plus their customer service was excellent as well. When I noticed several small areas that needed some extra paint, Josh took care of it in a timely manner. Their pricing was also right where I expected. Very professional and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again!

When a storm damaged our home last fall, All Star Painting was quick to return my call. Although all the painters in town were booked through the end of the season, Norman promised to follow up with me this spring. He made good on his promise and came out to give me an estimate as soon as the painting season started. After that, he personally worked with my insurance company to make sure the job could be done to his satisfaction. Work was then quickly completed and the result exceeded my expectations. I had All Star Painting paint my kitchen cabinets inside and out as well as some window and door trim in the rest of the house! At first I was concerned that the kitchen cabinets were not what I was envisioning! They lacked a "finished" look. I asked Joey (the owner) if he could apply a "clear coat." I will tell you, it has made a world of difference! I can't recommend this process enough. DO NOT SKIP THIS PROCESS!! I am very happy with All Star Painting!!!

In October 2016 we experienced hail damage to our home, shed, fence and pergola. The damage was significant enough to require complete painting or staining of all these surfaces. We had no prior experience with painters in Billings. Fortunately we spotted an All Star Painting sign in our neighborhood. So we called Norman, the owner. After a thorough review of the work required, we contracted with him to do the job. We highly recommend All Star Painting. First, the price was reasonable. Second, the crew arrived promptly every morning until the work was done. Norman was here every day to manage the project. Although given what we saw of his team, I’m confident they would have done everything right by themselves. And most importantly, the finished product is great! Everything looks new again. It’s obvious that Norman and his people take pride in their work. Norman is a friendly, professional businessman who is very easy to deal with. He was above board in all aspects of his communications with us. When you’re fortunate enough to find a quality contractor, you stick with that person. No doubt Norman will be whom we call with all our future painting projects.

Worked with us on scheduling the work. From the crew to the owners, everyone was very polite and friendly. They did amazing work in great timing. If anything was missed or needed touch up, they informed us they would come back to fix it, even if it was weeks later. It’s been a little over a week and we have yet to notice any flaws. Great work. Would definitely hire them again in the future and would highly recommend them.

Great professionality. I had previously left a bad review, mistake of my own. My mother and I hired these men to help paint a hallway with high ceilings, which included the trim on the stairs. I met with the man that had given me an estimate and was not here when the other guy came to paint.. the man who was here did an excellent job in the hallway... but the trim didn't get done.. then after leaving said bad review expressing my concern, the man (who I assume is in charge and met for the estimate), promptly contacted me to come and finish the trim himself. Norman and his crew painted our house on the west-end in July 2015. They showed up exactly when he indicated that they would and completed the job in 3 days. This included power-washing the entire house, caulking and painting (both trim and primary house). When they were all done, Norman came by again and personally "touched up" a few areas with which he was not satisfied. Norman and his crew were very efficient, very clean and did an excellent job painting our house. They even temporarily removed the downspouts of the rain-gutters in order to fully paint all of the trim. They were very careful with the landscaping during the process. I had All Star Painting (Joey) come and give me a bid on painting the exterior of my home and told him I was going to get a couple more bids, he gave me a bid and then called me a couple of days later and asked me if he got the job and I told him I got a lower bid and he said he would beat the other bidders price. How can you bid one price and then lower your bid to get the job,?? So does that mean I get a shabby job because you had to lower your price. Needless to say I did not hire All Star Painting and would not recommend their sketchy practices. I always thought a bid was a bid..

Fairly priced and great to work with. These guys were the best company I dealt with during my bathroom and kitchen remodel. They get what customer service is all about. I wish all other businesses would care as much about customer service as this company does. All others could learn a valuable lesson about listening to their customers needs and completing the work on time. No taking off early on Friday and starting late on Monday with these guys. Tore out old wallpaper and repainted bathroom, kitchen, and living room. They scheduled me between jobs and started on Thursday and worked on Saturday (since they had no family commitments or kids activities that day) and finished on Monday. They apologized numerous times for having to displace me over the weekend and the mess. How many other companies would do that? They cleaned up well so you didn't know they were there at all.. All cabinets, racks, and other items that were displaced were properly reinstalled. I can't say enough good things about these guys. They even provided companies I could use for my cabinet and floor repair when I asked.

Joey and his crew did a great job painting our ceiling in our great room. We are doing a large remodel on our home and had a lot of projects going at one time. We were going to paint our "popcorn" ceiling on our main floor by ourselves but decided it was just to large of a job. We have very high ceilings and would have had to set up scaffolding to reach everything by hand. We couldn't find anyone to get it done before some of the other projects were scheduled to start. Needless to say our beautiful hardwood floors were installed and still no paint on the ceiling. Now we really had problems, but I called All Star and they assured me they could take care of the job no problems, and at the last minute. Their crew showed up and immediately started to tape everything off and hang plastic. They also covered the entire floor to protect the "new" woodwork. They were quick, efficient, kind and professional.... they sprayed the "great room", the entry, and an upstairs hallway in no time. Their crew left for another job and the two owners cleaned up, replaced all of the light fixtures and finished the job by themselves. They even painted an area my wife missed on a wall. The job ended up perfect, without a spot on the new floor or anything else for that matter....Excellent price, professional work, courteous service, and all around great guys!!! Thanks All Star
