I was very impressed with Unique Painting, they were on time and everyone worked as a team. I appreciated that Chad was happy to work with my need to only do a couple of rooms when it was convenient for me to box up and move stuff. I stayed close to original color but it looks refreshed The stairwell was pretty beat up from moving furniture but they patched scratches and did a great job. All in all they left everything neat and clean, I will have him back to finish the rest of the rooms.

Chad and his team painted our house this week. I must say, my wife and I were very impressed. The finished product is excellent and when they leave , its as if they were never there. Except now you have a high quality paint job that was done in one day. Or one and a half days including the caulking. They get the job done so efficiently, you wonder if there were short cuts taken. But I assure you, we are picky and there were no short cuts and I would recommend them to anyone.

This is the second time we have had Chad and his crew to our home. First time was to paint the outside of our house. They caulked and painted the whole house, did the trim and painted the tedious trim on 3 porches. All I can say is AWESOME!! This week they came to paint the inside of our house. Our house has lots of woodwork, plus all the rooms and the bannister of the stairs - basically, a huge job! Again, AWESOME and BEAUTFUL! Chad even hooked up my refrigerator ice maker after I ran to the hardware store for a new hose because ours was leaking. Chad has a design helper named Toska. She is amazing help if you can’t figure out the colors for your house. One of the nicest people ever! The bottom line is, if you want a crew that goes the extra mile, does a good job at a fair price, shows up on time with a smile - call Unique Painting. By the way, they did a great job cleaning up before they left.

If you are looking for a painter you found the one you need to award the bid to. Chad and his crew showed up on time, did exactly what they promised and then some. I assure you that if I need anything painted again I will hire Unique Painting to do the job. The bid was competitive, Chad is great to work with and you can reach him on the phone with ease, and if you have to leave a message he calls you back. They painted my entire house and replaced wood rot, all of this was done in two days and my wife and I could not be happier. Just had a really weird experience with Chad. We agreed on a time for him to come take a look. It seemed great that he could come out after hours. I wasn't looking to be pushy in scheduling - I just let him know what times worked best for my schedule, and he agreed to an after-hours appointment. I confirmed it the same day and he told me the time still worked. He showed up earlier than I could meet him after he'd texted me to ask if we could meet earlier (we couldn't due to specific circumstances), but when I texted him a couple minutes before our appointment time, he just drove off. He basically gave personal reasons for leaving, but said "it appears to me that we could have done this earlier." THAT comment left me feeling very weird, like I'd been being watched, when I was taking care of my family and had responsibilities there. I feel like it's appropriate to have multiple agreements on the time we'd meet, then make myself available at that time, as a potential customer. What I learned is that it seems great to have more informal communications with a vendor, but maybe professionalism means doing away with direct messaging with that vendor. All this experience left me with was a broken appointment that we'd agreed upon, and back to making calls to other vendors that will keep their word (and not observe me from the street in front of my house). Two stars (not one) for the vendor being communicative, but certainly nothing to say about being happy with this experience at all.

The team showed up on time, got to work and left the exterior and interior clean when they left. They pay attention to details like walls that need sanding, holes that need filled, spots around baseboards that need caulking, etc. We recommend them to our friends and will use them again.

We used Chad for an insurance claim to repaint our house after we received hail damage. Our house had been painted just 2 years prior when we purchased it and moved in but the quality of the previous painter was sub par at best....so with another opportunity to have our house painted, I wanted to ensure that it was done right. Chad and his crew delivered just that and completely blew my expectations out of the water. To say that they did an incredible job isn't saying enough, the quality that we received was as if Chad was painting his own home. No exterior surface was left untouched and they used high grade products to do the job right. The communication was incredible and if available, he always answered or called me right back after leaving a message. He was fast acting on the paperwork I needed to complete my insurance claim and even personally delivered the signed documents that I required. He walked me through all the steps of his painting process and even gave me confidence that I was going with the right company before the work even started. I was blown away with the finished product and before calling the job complete, we walked around my entire home, with him encouraging me to point out any imperfections that I saw so that his crew could address them on the spot ensuring that I was pleased....but needless to say, I found NONE! Very happy with the work performed by Unique Painting. They kept me regularly updated throughout the process as to when the project would be completed as the spring rains this year have played havoc with the ability to do exterior work. I had several questions about various paints and Chad answered them all in detail explaining the pluses and minuses of the options. They have their work down to a science as a team of professional painters descends on your home to prep and paint. The power washing team was also very professional. On paint day we noticed that the trim color was significantly different from what we'd picked out. At first I thought once it dried it would look different, but it didn't. After showing Chad the paint swatch he was quickly on the phone with Sherwin Williams. We went to the store and verified that their system was incorrect on the trim color so Sherwin Williams replaced the paint and Chad and his team got back to work to repaint the trim in the right color and still finished the job on time. We also had them do some minor interior work which they also did a great job on. After my experience with Unique Painting I would definitely recommend their services. They will use quality materials, they will properly prepare the home, and they'll do a very thorough and professional job painting.

Chad is former military and he brings that professionalism and attitude to his work. Unique painting was: Professional: Gave in-depth quote on job, showed up on time, polite. Efficient: Walked in with the drop cloths and started taping and prepping the work space. Were done with a big job by mid day. Everyone has a job on the 8 man crew and are super effective! So fast!! Reasonable: Quote was in line with a second quote but the other guy didn't know how to do the antique paint job on the fireplace I wanted. Plus the other guy said it would take a week! Bottom line: IF you need to hire a painter you WANT TO HIRE THESE GUYS!! I cannot highly recommend them enough!!!
