Chad did a very professional job in getting the estimate together for us. He told me what it would cost in a line item form and he gave me a precise lead time estimate. They only problem is that our pockets are not that deep so we may not be able to use your company for this job. Will may end up having to do the porch on our own and decide on the gables next year. The cost figures he gave us on the bid were not out of line with what I had figured it would run. I expected it to be high. So it was just a little rich for our blood at this time. My basement flooded which meant after cleanup was done I needed the bottom portion of my walls repaired. That meant drywall, matching existing texture, and paint. Shawn and Roger were quick to respond and make a home visit to give me an estimate. They were able to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Shawn was very helpful in managing my insurance claim and making sure I had all the estimates, write-ups, and receipts I needed to turn into my insurance. Roger and his crew did an excellent job at patching the drywall and managed to match my existing texture perfectly. They were always aware of costs, making sure I was able to stay within my budget. I also appreciated the time Shawn took to walk me through his company policies and ensured me that I would receive the most professional team and full payment would not be expected until I was 100% satisfied with the job done.
