We bought our first home in St Charles in November 2017 and hired TNT to remodel and paint our home. The first thing we noticed is that Jason the owner was the one who came to our home to give us the estimate. That is a huge plus for us, to have the owner himself give the estimate. He was very happy to listen to our vision as to what we wanted to do in our kitchen and bathrooms. He was up to the challenge to helping us make our dream house a reality. His pricing was a little bit higher than what we wanted to spend but there were no hidden costs like we have encountered with previous contractors. Best thing of all we only had to hire TNT because they do absolutely everything. Our kitchen turned out phenomenal as well as our bathrooms, so much that 3 of our neighbors are hiring him in the summer to do their work. Jason and his team were the easiest team of people to work with, as they kept us in the loop about every step of the projects. We are very happy we chose TNT to do our project. What a fantastic job TNT Painting & Remodeling did on our master bathroom. They knocked this out of the park. Pricing was affordable, owner did everything he could to keep us within our budget and we are completely satisfied with the finished job. We decided to hire TNT Remodeling to do several jobs in our home. Attic insulation, 2 bathroom remodels, tile flooring installed in our kitchen, and crown molding installed in the main level of the house. We were highly satisfied with the quality of craftsmanship and knowledge Jason had. They were very neat and clean crew, cleaned up everyday, had a space to keep all their tools in our garage that was very organized. The pricing was very good as Jason gave us the option to save 20% for being first time customers of TNT, and was already below competitors pricing before the 20% off. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an all around contractor that is trustworthy and completes jobs in a timely manner with the highest quality. We had our cabinets refinished, our basement needed framing, electric, and drywall, painting, and flooring. We called on several companies for estimates, and TNT Painting & Remodeling was one of the last contractors to come out and give us an estimate. I must say Jason walked through the whole entire process with my husband and I, and explained how every step was to be completed. Wow is all i have to say. He was so knowledgeable in everything we needed. Everything he explained the pros and cons of each part of the project helped us make our decision on which way we wanted to have them finished. It was very easy to talk with Jason about our vision without feeling like he would try to up charge us. He explained that there was the "RIGHT" way to do things, and the "Wrong" way to do things. We hired TNT within 4 hours of him sending us the estimate. Not only did they do phenomenal work but the employees were very nice and to top it off Jason was there working right along side his employees. That says a lot about a company in my opinion. We are highly satisfied with the work they did. They were early every day and were efficient. They kept their work space very clean, and we almost did not even know they were in our home. Pricing was comparable to the other contractors estimates, but Jason included things that the other contractors left out. They went beyond our expectations. My husband and I hired TNT to do our kitchen and bathroom remodels. From the initial consultation to the finished job, we were very excited and pleased. TNT came out and designed our dream kitchen and bathroom with our input and they listened to what we wanted and let us know the challenges that we faced so we could decide how to do it. Very knowledgeable and extremely patient with us as we were undecided on which route to take. After a few weeks of emails and calls with Jason the owner we came up with a plan, and it turned out fabulous. Jason's customer service is beyond what we expected given the circumstances of us changing the materials 3 times, and the layout 4 times. During the job his team was very professional, neat, and cleaned up everyday. They worked very efficiently, and the whole team worked like a well oiled machine as everyone knew what they were supposed to be doing. We are so happy we called TNT Painting & Remodeling, because that's the only contractor we had to call. They took care of everything, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, tile, framing, counter tops, painting. This is my first time reviewing a company, but TNT did an excellent job from start to finish on our home. There job consisted of laminate flooring throughout our home, new baseboards, counter tops, sink, back splash, floor tile and painting. Wow is all i have to say. These men were very professional and we love how the job turned out once finished. TNT was very reasonable in pricing and their attention to detail was beyond our expectations. I contacted TNT Painting & Remodeling to look at a project at our home that consisted of adding a front porch overhang. They came out and drew up the plans and gave us an estimate and boy were we happy we did, they pulled all necessary permits, and did the job well beyond our expectations. They were affordable, knowledgeable, and friendly. Jason specifically came to do this consultation and it was nice to see an owner come to the estimate and draw the plans, it made us feel much better knowing he was the owner and not some high pressure salesman. He was amazing. We decided to hire TNT to do our work and it was great to know that he had everything under control. Their team was professional, Great group of gentleman. Jason had told us it would only take a week to a week and a half and he was right. We like a contractor that does what he says he can do. We were so pleased with the finished product that we asked him to give us an estimate on replacing our masonite siding with nice cedar siding. It turned out so much better than we thought it would as they put the necessary time and effort into getting it right. Contacting TNT was the best call we have ever made in choosing a contractor, because he is now are one and only call we ever make. They also do everything you can think of, from big jobs to handyman work. I am writing this review for TNT Painting & Remodeling because i thought everyone should know that TNT is the most professional company that i have ever had the pleasure of working with. The owner is highly knowledgeable in every field of construction and it showed on our kitchen remodel and our interior and exterior house painting. They were very organized, detailed, clean cut, and efficient. I can say enough about TNT other than if you are looking for a all in one contractor TNT is definitely the company to call. Prices were very reasonable. We will hire them again in the spring or summer to build our deck as we have seen some of the decks he has done. TNT Painting & Remodeling is by far the best company i have ever gotten the chance to have in our home. Jason, the owner came out to our home and walked through all of the projects we were wanting completed and not only gave us the best price but also recommended alternate ways to get our home remodel accomplished, under budget and 4 days earlier than was quoted. The initial consultation with him was remarkable, he was knowledgeable in all aspects of remodeling, from the permits, plumbing, electrical, tile work, flooring, drywall install and repair, painting. You name it and this company can do it, and do it so precise that we were shocked at the finished product. We had our 4 seasons room gutted on the interior and they fixed all the rotten 2x4's , installed all new insulation, installed all new drywall and finished it with a beautiful faux finish, also tiled the whole floor with plank style tile. Jason was there every step of the way answering any questions we had and solved anything that came up unexpectedly. We also had our kitchen, both bathrooms, and our basement remodeled. I wish there were enough words to say how much we enjoyed having them in our home, it was such a seamless process. I would without a doubt hire TNT again. I wish every contractor was as neat and efficient as they were and i will recommend them to everyone i know and have already. They are working on my neighbors house in the basement and they love them too. If you are wanting a true one stop contractor do not waste you time with the high pressure sales. Call Jason at TNT. Jason painted the entire interior of my house as I prepared it to be sold. He was a fantastic resource to have available to me as he also was able to install new flooring in the kitchen plus replace the hot water heater and the garbage disposal. He seems to be able to do just about anything. He also provided sound counsel to me on what I should repair and how it could be done. I highly recommend him for any project and will look to him again in the future when I need something done.

I hired TNT to replace two hose pipes after one decided to break. Jason came over in a very timely fashion to inspect the damage and determine if he could replace. Once he saw what it was, he was able to give me an estimate and a timeframe on when it would be completed. He worked diligently to get the hose pipes off the house as I have an older home. He was courteous, professional and answered all of my questions. I will be bringing him back in the coming months for blown in insulation done. I highly recommend Jason for any of your home needs.

There are more professional people out there. Jason seems to have a problem with the truth and will lie to get business and seems to exaggerate the most mundane of stories. He works 4 hour days maximum and would make excuses for missing days of work and then leaves his tools everywhere when he would leave for the day. He does the work and in the middle of a project, tells you that you need to do an expensive add on or "It won't look right." I felt like I had no choice but to give in to giving him more money even though it went above and beyond what his quote was. He uses high pressure sales tactics and nickel and dimes you. He also would walk through my house asking where I got things and how much money I paid for them. This made me very uncomfortable as I felt like he was casing my house. I felt like I was i the middle of a Jerry Springer episode when he was yelling at his wife about picking up his daughter on the phone and slammed doors in my house. Very unprofessional and would not hire again. In response to Jason Tillman's response. I am using an alias because I do not wish for you to contact me in any way shape or form. I am expressing truth as to the experience I had with you, but do not wish to be the victim of your temper after what behavior from you I witnessed in my home. This review is truthful and I will not remove it. I wish you well and hope that you will learn from this experience and respect people's property more than you respected mine and learn to be more honest, respectful and truthful with others than you were with me. In hindsight, I wish that I would have done my homework before hiring you and saw the F rating you have on Angie's list under your previous company: 360 painting and remodeling and read that review. If I had done that, I would have never even called you. Your response below is concerning to me as you seem to have no idea who this is so your above behavior may be standard business practice. I hope you take this review as a learning experience and learn not to have loud arguments in any house, not slam doors, try to be honest with quotes and provide realistic expectations and not walk into rooms that you were not asked to do work in or were invited in.

T&T and Jason have done excellent work with us for many years. He refinished/updated our kitchen, repaired and updated two bathrooms, and did repairs and finishing in our basement. He communicates regularly, is careful about clean up, and is enjoyable to have around. His pricing is reasonable, and he has been very flexible with our needs. Our house eats contractors and Jason rolls with the surprises, changes in plans, and revisions in our agreements. Clean up is also great!!!

We love this company, they did an excellent job on our house painting, and bathroom remodel. Clean and neat everyday during the job and after the job. Attention to detail was so impressive. TNT just did a complete demo and rebuild on our deck and we are more than happy with our experience! I contacted a few big name window companies all who pressured me to hire them that day on the spot. Im an older man who used to be able to replace and repair anything on my own so when I had Jason with TNT come out and he explained in length how and what he would do to remove and replace all my windows and listened to my concerns I felt very confident in the quality of his work. Hiring them was the best decision I could have made. When they removed one of the windows there was rotten wood that we didn't expect, Jason went right away to the store and got the materials he needed to fix it and stayed late to ensure I felt secure in my home. He takes the time to make sure the job is good quality and gave me a 10 year warranty on all labor and the 30 year manufacture warranty.

Had Jason come out to the house to give an estimate. He must have read How to Scam people 101 before coming talking about “I have stuff left over from another job and can give me a deal and 20% for being a new customer.” Something seemed really off about this guy who pretended to know everything and acted like he was my best pal. I went in casenet and boy am I glad I did. Anyone with adult abuse charges doesn’t need to be anywhere near my family! I would go with another contractor folks!

We hired TNT Painting & Remodeling to finish our basement and our deck that was poorly put together by a previous contractor that would not come back to fix it. Jason from TNT came out and immediately discovered that the deck was build wrong. We decided to tear it down and replace it with new cedar. What and excellent company to have, TNT went above and beyond, our deck is now 5 feet bigger all the way around, with a staircase, of which we didnt have before, and for cheaper than the last company. They do excellent work and really pay attention to detail. The basement was another project after the deck that TNT drew up the plans and from the design to the finished product it was everything we imagined and more. They are highly skilled at what they do and they are highly knowledgeable in every aspect of remodeling and every trade. TNT thank you for saving us on the deck and making it bigger and more beautiful than we could have ever imagined, and the basement... WOW we have had our annual neighborhood party last week and everyone raved on the deck and the basement as to how detailed the finished job was. Down to the screws in the outlet covers, the paint job, tile work, flooring work, everyone couldnt believe that anyone could cut a paint line as straight as Jason from TNT could. My neighbor got work below me (new kitchen and wood flooring). My kitchen sink was not in good condition and was starting to leak so, I decided to ask Jason from TNT Painting and Remodeling after seeing the amazing job he did in my lower neighbors house and for charging such a reasonable price. He really could charge a lot more compared to the professional job and outcome of his work. He just finished my work and I'm extremely happy with it! He's fast and efficient and does not cut corners. Before he leaves he made sure I was satisfied and, I am. He is finishing downstairs now and it looks like a whole new home. TNT Painting & Remodeling was a great choice for us as they were quick, even though some unexpected drywall had to be replaced. After reviewing several providers, we picked Jason Tillman because he reported to have a local address, and a decent price. Jason Tillman started out with a great story about his work and business ethics. His work is OK, but he has serious problems with the ethics. First, he does not have a local office, or presence. He works from his hbouse in Troy MO. That is along way from the CWE! We were having the house cleaned up in preparation for selling it. There were numerous items being prepped for sale. Jason Tillman wanted several items for which he agreed to pay $75. He was also given a healthy supply of free items, including a huge stack of children's books for his kids. Jason Tillman was paid very well for his work, the full amount of his quote over $3,700. But he refuses to pay for the items he took. And to make it worse, he has hung up us five - 5 - times. Do not trust Jason Tillman! Maybe this is why he has changed his business name 3 times in the past 3 years from Heartland Painting and Contracting, to 360 Painting and Remodeling to now TNT Painting and Remodeling.
