Brandon and the team at BRS Custom Painting are the best painting team I have ever come in contact with. They do everything possible to ensure the perfect finish for their clients. My wife and I have used them numerous times on multiple properties. My wife continues to refer them to her clients as well (she's an interior designer). If you are looking for a great painting contractor in St. Louis, DO NOT hesitate to call these guys. Their bids are extremely reasonable and their quality is top notch. What more can you ask for in a painter?!

Brandon and Leon were friendly, warm and professional. The work was so fast, the whole house done in about 10 hours, using 4 colors! They helped me move all my furniture and put the house back together leaving my home clean. You can tell customer service is very important to them and they are willing to do what is necessary to make you happy, all while providing a competitive price! After paying them a extreme amount of money to paint the inside of our home, I am highly disappointed. First, I would come to the house to see them outside smoking cigarettes. Which they would just throw them in my yard or wherever. I also observed them smashing out the butt of the cig with their boots and then turning around to walk into my home on my floors and carpets. That was unsettling. Next, I was guaranteed to have all fixtures etc removed from walls to be painted behind. That was a lie. They were to paint all trim (floor, to around doors, to crown molding). I found that after the project was done, some trim was not painted at all. Others were painted with one coat and you can clearly see that it needed a second coat. Some were bleed over to the wall or the wall paint onto the trim. Sorry, but that's not very professional. Next, I was told they would first fix the nail pops and fix them the correct way before painting. That did not happen. All they did was take a hammer to a few and tap them back in which we all know they will just come right back on out. Which is what happened! I wasn't left any ceiling paint for touch ups. Nor paint for the trim. I also caught one of the workers standing on my son's expensive Temperpedic mattress with his boots on leaving his boot prints on the mattress. I was not thrilled about that one. I would pop in at times and would see them hanging their paint brushes on my chandeliers. Of course on one, they got paint on it and never cleaned it off. Which I can't get to it to fix since it happens to the chandelier in the foyer which goes way up. For the amount of money we paid, I expected better. Also, they had paint spots all over the wood floors in foyer. Of course they tried telling me it was already there from the previous owner. BS! I looked that home over good before we bought it and the main reason of me purchasing it was due to the real wood floors. It was very noticeable when they were finishing up. I had to use my nails to try to get them all up. Took me forever!

The guys at BRS Custom Painting are the most reliable painters in the St. Louis area, period! I'm an interior designer and I've worked with 5 to 6 local painting contractors on my client projects, and these guys are the hands down best. Their attention to detail, quality control procedures, and everything is top notch. The owner is accessible, their painters are professional, and my clients are always impressed by their speed and cost. I've gotta be careful who I use because when I introduce a company to a client of mine, if things go wrong it kinda falls on me as the designer since I recommended them!
