Jeremy and his crew are true professionals. We had several attempts made by original builder to fix problems with drywall along some heart pine beams in our home. When it continued to be an issue (because it was never finished properly to begin with), builder walked away. Jeremy was able to fix the problem, and the result is incredible. Honestly, was not sure this area of our home would ever look how we envisioned it to be. Very happy with the work JPF was able to provide.

Very professional! Excellent service and workmanship! The first photo shows what continued to happen when another painter in town "fixed" our ceiling. I called him to return THREE times! The second photo shows Jeremy on the ladder discovering that the "fix" was continually done incorrectly by the other painter- as I said THREE TIMES. The third photo shows more of the other painters poor workmanship; he left a gap between the 2 pieces of sheetrock and taped and mudded over the gap so that a crack continued to reappear. The fourth and fifth photos show my ceiling today after Jeremy and his crew properly fixed the issues.

Jeremy and his crew just finished up work at my house and they did a superb job. The crew was professional, personable, and prompt, and the work they did was thorough and exceptional. Each day, they cleaned up after themselves and made sure to leave their working areas organized. Additionally, each member of the crew was respectful and courteous to my entire family and even made a point to keep the paint fumes from disturbing my two boys as they played. Jeremy’s team painted a total of seven areas in my house and flawlessly completed a faux paint design that my wife and I had picked out for the dining room. I’m last minute with everything. So, when I contacted Jeremy on Sunday to have a few rooms in my house painted that week, I wasn’t hopeful they could fit me in. However, I received a phone call Monday from Jeremy, and he told me he could come by that day to get an estimate, and his crew was able to come the next day and paint three rooms in my house (including ceilings) in five hours! They did a beautiful job. They were very professional and were so kind to my four year old and dog who wanted to be constantly in the way He is competitively priced and worth every penny! We will definitely be using again when we are ready to finish the rest of the house!

I had 2 appointments. 1st appt had a large communication error which was mended by Jermey the same day. 2nd appt-Shane was prompt and friendly. Jermey called me the same day and repeated he would have an estimate over to me the same day. Here I am an entire week later with zero call and zero estimate. Highly disappointed in this experience. Won’t be recommending to anyone and I caution you all.

I used Jeremy’s Perfect Finish for extensive Sheetrock repair and painting. I expected good, but what I got was GREAT! His guys were very good and very careful to cover all furniture as well as the floors. They worked a couple of late nights to finish a certain section. Bottom line is Jeremy does what he tells you he will do, and will not leave a project unfinished. It has to be to his high standards. Never before have I seen this quality of Sheetrock repair and paint. I could not conceive of using anyone else.

If I could give Jeremy 10 stars I would! I had a tiny job I needed done after a home inspection trying to sell my house. I think he heard the desperation in my voice after not being able to find someone to do such a small job. He came out to my house himself. His attention to detail and perfectionist work ethic are second to none. On top of that, he is a great guy and we held a great conversation while he did the work. If you want top quality this is the guy to call. I cannot say enough good things. He was an absolute life saver, and he picked up the phone every time I called. I have used other companies to do this type of work in the past and none of them have the professionalism and work ethic that Jeremy does. He even offered to help me find some reputable people to do some work in my new home in Memphis. Thanks again Jeremy for an awesome job!

I've waited a significant amount of time to write this review because I wanted to be fair. The company was in a bit of turmoil when my project was done, and that should have been fair warning to me, but I was anxious to get it done. Jeremy had two managers...I'll call them foremen...upon my contact with the company. The one who quoted my job left the company and my project got dropped and I didn't hear back. Jeremy ultimately discovered the problem and came himself to verify the estimate of money and time (four weeks). They started work with a newly-promoted painter as foreman (Shane). Shane is a very likeable guy, but my job was his OJT. I quickly realized that work was progressing slowly. The foreman simply did not run an efficient crew. They arrived late and left early nearly every day, and were not particularly energetic unless Jeremy was on-site, which was quite rare. As a result, the project stretched into the NINTH week at which time Jeremy wanted them gone and I did too. They left undone several items on my punch list which I have since mostly done. I cooperated with the workers. They used my refrigerator and microwave. I loaned them tools to speed their progress, yet at the end, the other foreman (Alan or Allen) told me the problem was having to work around me. While there remain some areas where I think they could have done a better job, I am told by more experienced friends that they did an exceptional job for the most part. My rating of three stars reflects primarily three things. The job took twice as long as estimated and my living in a room not affected was the primary reason given (Alan/Allen). They were not responsive to my punch list at the end which I have had to complete. In my opinion, the "foreman" (Shane) was not up to the task. On the positive side, the work is mostly exceptional with only a few obvious lapses. To be fair, I am a perfectionist and chose to pay more to Jeremy's Perfect Finish than to other companies to obtain that perfection. I paid for a premium product and got a premium result with a few lapses.

My husband and I are "do it yourselfers " and we decided to gut our master bathroom and closets and reconfigure the space. We got the project as far as we could. We called Jeremy and he and his crew came and hung sheetrock, floated and primed it for paint, hung pocket doors and trimmed out our master bathroom, bedroom and closets, as well as patched holes in the ceiling where air vents were moved. They did an amazing job!! Jeremy was easy to work with, his crew was great, and he stayed in contact throughout the whole process. We will definitely use him again in the future!
