Out of the 5 estimates we had gotten to paint the interior of our home, we chose Universal Painting to do the job. Benny had the best price, started right away, showed up on time and finished within a couple days. More importantly, the work he did was beautiful and was beyond what we expected. We too, had bold colors....4 to be exact...and there were clean lines, no drips, and no mess on the floors. We also had an extensive amount of molding and trimwork. He was precise with caulk lines and the cut lines between the colors were flawless. We would hire him again and would highly recommened him to anyone who asks. Thanks for the great work Benny!

Made an appointment for an estimate at 9 am a week in advance. Come 9:30 on the day of the appointment and no one had showed up. Called the office and they didn't seem to have record of my appointment nor care that they didn't show up. Would not recommend this company.

We chose Universal painting because Benny had the best price. They started right away, showed up on time and finished in LESS THAN 2 days. Benny and his team painted the entire inside our home 2500 SQ FEET. They all did an amazing job and for a price that crushes the competition. In fact they don't even charge extra for moving your furniture like other competitors and they leave the areas the same way they found them. They were very clean, quick, and efficient, doing an immaculate job, not leaving out a single detail. They were very hard working professionals that I would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat to paint their home!! More importantly, the work he did was beautiful and was beyond what we expected. We also had an extensive amount of molding and trimwork. He was precise with caulk lines and the cut lines between the colors were flawless. We would hire him again and would highly recommened him to anyone who asks. BENNY worked with us even financially and did the entire house without asking for a single penny. In fact, even after finishing the job he did not mind waiting for the whole amount until after we got paid. Universal Painting just painted our entire condo. They did a terrific job. They are skillful and careful. There was never an attitude when asked to adjust something after it was painted. They even did a great clean up. I highly recommend them.

They did a wonderful job. The owner and his team are very easy to communicate with. Great exterior painting! We bought a house last fall and our house needed to have a lot of rotten trims replaced. I was able to receive a quote in the fall, and he painted my house on May 29-30, 2018. Even though he ended up finding more rotten wood trim than originally expected, he didn't charge me extra and he honored the quote from last fall. He also painted my front door for free. They even moved some of my gutter tops and repaired the window frame for free.

We had some walls removed, drywall of a wall and interior paint of the whole house completed by Benny, his brother and his team. The team was very efficient and also flexible in working through some difficult tasks. We had to make a mantle around the fireplace which was 7 ft and Benny and his team were able to come with a very good solution. There quality of work was very good and they were able to finish the job on time. Benny prices were also competitive with the 3 other quotes we received. We look forward to having them paint our exterior in spring.

I got 5 bids to paint the exterior of my house. They were the second cheapest. They did poor paint job. They promised to paint twice. I'm not sure about that, because the paint started to peel off less than one year. I contacted them to fix it. They just ignore me. I had to fix it by myself. Stay away from them.

I highly recommend universal painting. They painted our upstairs and downstairs and did an amazing job. They were on time and got the job done quickly. They were very respectful of our house, used drop cloths, and cleaned up when they were done. They included baseboards and trim as well as small wall repairs in their estimate, and it was still one of the most reasonable estimates we received.

Could not have been happier! Benny and his crew painted the exterior of our home. They were the cheapest bid, but you would never know based on the quality of their work and how professional they were. They showed up around 8:30 both days and had everything done in a day and a half. We had a few rotten boards that needed to be replaced. They ended up finding almost double the number of boards to replace and didn't charge us extra. I would recommend them to anyone. So wonderfully nice and fantastic painters. Hire them-you won't be sorry!!

Benny Burgaj and his team from Universal Painting, Inc. (Northville) are without a doubt the best painters we have ever used. We received a timely and competitive bid for a complicated interior paint job, which included high ceilings and a 38-foot-tall foyer dome. The quality of the materials and workmanship were superior. The crew was professional and detail-oriented. For example, where paint colors shift from one color to another, the lines of separation were meticulous, as was the trim work and base boards. Benny even provided valuable guidance, including color selection. Benny and his team carried out this job exactly as scheduled and in an extremely professional manner. Aside from their painting, they also re-stained and finished our entry doors and applied a beautiful Venezia Plaster finish to our library ceiling.
