Our home has wooden trim and siding and it was time to have it repainted. Some of the trim and siding needed to be replaced and we decided to have our shingles removed and replaced at the same time. We researched a few providers in the area and decided SureGuard Roofing and Maintenance Co. was the best for us. We met with co-owner Dillon and were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He laid everything out an explained pros and cons without any pressure what so ever. He coordinated several crews that performed all of the work. There was a team to remove the old shingles and install the new ones. Another team power washed the entire house and replaced trim and siding as needed, and did an outstanding job of caulking everywhere moisture could cause damage. There work was exceptional. Everyone cleaned up everything when they were done. Everyone from Dillan to the office staff (Kelley) to all of the workers where very respectful and pleasant to talk to. My wife and I highly recommend SureGuard Roofing and Maintenance Co.

Dillon was rude to my realtor and insulted her. Will not use this company. My house is sold and only needed a repair estimate, not someone questioning the house being sold with a roof in that condition. Judging someone for having sunglasses on when first meeting. Unprofessional.

Everything was repaired in a timely manner and I haven't had anymore problems. I also called them about a separate issue and they fixed that the same day. I will use this company in the future for my roofing and gutter needs. I felt that their repair cost was very reasonable.

While nobody WANTS to replace their roof due to the expense involved, I have to tell you that If you need to have it done, this is the company to call. Of the four companies I called, SureGuard called back first (some never bothered to call back), they were quick to get out, were extremely professional in their analysis of the roof and what my options were, took the time to actually go up into the attic to see what the conditions were, and didn't spend time trying to up sell me on anything. While I think I may have been able to get it done cheaper some place else, as SureGuard went through the process of actually replacing my roof, I saw the impact of trying to save a buck on replacing the roof. My previous roof decking was rotted away so badly that there were holes in the decking due to poor installation. Dillon's team and his foreman Jason worked extremely hard in bad weather (weather I would never work in) to get the roof done as quickly as possible and paid attention to details I never would have thought of. I can't say enough about this class act business. They are worth the call and I highly recommend them.

SureGuard installed new fascia boards and gutters all around our house. In fact, they were also able to fix a mess left behind from the previous contractor that couldn't handle the fascia and got in too deep. Fast forward one year.... Dillon came back out to check up on things and helped clear out some stray leaves. I'd definitely recommend them to others.

If how their employee drives in public with the company logo plastered on the side is any indication of how they behave on the job, I can only imagine how they behave unsupervised on the job. And 2 years later I thought I saw water leaking on my chimney in my attic and Dylan came out the next day and determined the chimney had water stains from our last roof. He caulked our chimney cap and inspected the rest of our roof while he was up there. I recommend this company

Also, when a snow storm unexpectedly approached that was going to hit within a few days, they responded to our concerns and had a technician come to securely put up tarp on the weekend to keep us from worrying about any water damage until our shingles were available. Recently completed two roofing/siding repair projects using SureGuard. Their performance was outstanding in both instances. Dillon responded promptly with a thorough inspection and a detailed, written estimate. He performed a temporary repair and provided a schedule for a permanent repair. The staff kept us well informed of the schedule for our new roof. The crew was also very professional and respectful of our property. Moved plants off porch and covered bushes with tarp.
