We hired Brady Soule and his Stain Tech team to stain our house this past spring. We are thrilled with the results! Brady worked closely with us to ensure we were completely satisfied with our color choices, offering advice and well-thought-out recommendations as we auditioned different options. He paid careful attention to paint coverage and gave us honest assessments of areas that concerned him so that we could make informed choices. In addition, we had a few areas where woodpeckers had damaged our siding. When Brady was unable to find the same siding we currently have, he went the extra mile and created siding so that we'd have an exact match. He and his team did a careful, thorough job painting, worked unobtrusively, and treated my two curious toddlers with patience and kindness, even at the end of a long, hot work day. Finally, Brady followed up with us after the job was complete, making sure that we were completely satisfied, and returning another time to add another coat of paint to the inside of our doorframe. We appreciated this follow up, as it yet again demonstrated his attention to detail and commitment to making an extremely satisfied customer.

Brady and the Stain Tech crew embodies the Five P’s of Professionalism being Prepared, being Person-Oriented, being Productive, being Proactive, and being Punctual. We are very pleased to have chosen Stain Tech to paint the exterior of our home and deck. Although they are not the cheapest proposal we received, they were competitive. Our decision came down to the rapport Brady had established with my husband. We first met Brady over 2 years ago while he and his crew were painting a house in the neighborhood. My husband struck up a conversation with Brady and he eventually asked for a quote. At that time, we were not ready to committee to such a project, but we held onto that quote for 2 years because we knew Brady was “our guy.” After selecting Stain Tech, we realized what a great decision we made. The crew was timely, professional and addressed all our questions and concerns. In the beginning, Brady took the time with us to ensure we were selecting the colors that we would be happy with. Although we had a heck of a time selecting the trim color, Brady never once made us feel like we were indecisive or a nuisance. He offered his option, only when asked and patiently gave us the space needed to select our color combination. My husband even surprised me with new columns in the front of the house...these are custom made columns by Brady... and they are beautiful!! What I like and respect about Stain Tech is that they understand that the quality of their work is their best marketing tool. I can highly recommend Stain Tech for their external staining and CUSTOM COLUMNS! Thank you for making our house a BEAUTIFUL home.
