When time opened up, they came to power wash days earlier than anticipated, and they were similarly able to complete the stain job way ahead of the expected schedule. I just used Pinnacle House Painters to paint my home on the west side of Ann Arbor. I tried calling 5+ other painters and had to leave countless voicemails only to never get calls back. When I called Pinnacle they picked up the phone the first time and scheduled an appointment right away. Pinnacle offered to meet me after 5pm on a weekday so I didn't have to take off work to get an estimate which was great. After a pleasant and professional conversation about what I wanted painted Pinnacle called me back a few days later with a quote. The quote included an image of another home in my neighborhood whose look I was trying to mimic. This image gave me a lot of confidence in the work Pinnacle was going to perform and that we were on the same page in terms of what color I wanted each piece of trim. After we agreed on a color scheme and a price Pinnacle was in constant communication about the start date and how many days the job would take once started. We had to navigate the late October weather, but Pinnacle always communicated well. In the end the paint job was completed on time and right on budget. The paint job was fast, cost-effective for me, neat and it looks great! The next time I need to have anything painted I know who my first call is going to be! I couldn't have asked for a smoother process.

Pinnacle did a fantastic job painting my 1968 ranch home. Ryan and his crew are professional , efficient, and a pleasure to work with. I will not hesitate to work them again. When I called to setup a on-site assessment and get a quote I was put on their schedule. The day of my appointment Ryan arrived on-time, did a walk thru with me where he pointed out several problem areas I had never noticed before. Within 20 minutes I had a detailed line item quote. Ryan then left, there was no high pressure sales pitch or anything like that. A few days later I informed Ryan that I wanted to move forward with Pinnacle. The scheduling process for the actual painting of my house went very smoothly. Communication was great, Pinnacle was very flexible with their scheduling and we set a date that was convenient for my busy schedule. Ryan and his crew arrived on-time for the scheduled project start date and began diligently working. Their staff shows incredible attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. Two days later, I have a beautiful fresh painted home. A few days later, Ryan and his business partner Magid came out to inspect the house and perform several touch-ups. Another sign of their commitment to high quality work. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

Unfortunately i made an appointment with Harlan for an estimate. I came home from work early to meet him and they didn't show. It seems a bit crazy because i talked with him twice just two days ago. I did follow up with a phone call, and he did offer another time for an estimate in the middle of the workday the following week

Very professional company. Staff are really good at painting. We also had them replace rotten wood outside, which they handled very well. Overall, we were very satisfied with their work and hired them again. Their prices were reasonable both times. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

We have contracted with Pinnacle twice and been very happy with the results. They just completed what for us was a large job. Removing wall paper from our entry, hall, living room, dining room and kitchen. Part of the painting was over wood paneling and it turned out beautifully. The crew are all very nice and worked efficiently. Each evening, they vacuumed and tidied the work site. We will definitely use their service again.
