We hired Pete to extend our patio and stain the new and existing concrete to match. Pete and his team completed the extension and then Pete himself came back to power wash and apply the adhesive coating, preparing for stain. Pete told us on multiple occasions that he was backed up, he had large jobs that he had to get finished and that the weather hadn’t been very cooperative. He reassured us that he would still fit our job in. He didn’t, he ended up leaving us with an unfinished, tacky mess. We had tried to contact him on several occasions and he would not return our calls.
