Pearl Power Washing cleaned our cedar deck and sealed / stained it with a very high quality product made by TWP. The deck has never looked this good in the 30 years I have been caring for it. Their crew was very careful with our landscaping and our house. Other than waiting several days for the deck to thoroughly dry out the job was completed in about a week. The pricing was very reasonable, and I was pleased with their performance. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I had my house and deck power washed and the deck resealed with TWP 101 Cedar Tone. The end results are great. They did a great job repairing/replacing the boards that were bad and the power washing and sealing looks great. Martin was a pleasure to work with and his employees that did the work were excellent as well. We were at the mercy of the weather over the last month so the timing of getting the job done was drawn out more than planned. Very happy with the job and will hire Pearl Power Washing again next time I need the deck resealed.

I can't begin to explain how blown away I am by Pearl Power Washing, Martin the owner, and his crew. Rarely do you see this kind of attention to detail and the need for perfection in business these days. Martin came to me promptly, gave me a reasonable quote, understood my time frame to have the work done and then followed through on every promise he made me. Today the deck had dried, the furniture was moved back on with care and I stood back and marveled at the finished product. My deck has never looked this good. I thought it was perfection and then Martin said his crew found a little spot they wanted to touch up. What!!?? Who does that!? Pearl does.....and they even moved a bird's nest on the front deck, with great care, to a safer better place for momma bird to lay her eggs. I will NEVER go back to the company I had been using - I am a Pearl girl all the way now!

After the owner and his staff helped us pick out the right color the deck turned out beautifully! The brick pavers on our walkway look brand new. Martin and his team were excellent. The unpredictability of the weather made scheduling difficult, but he contacted me various times to keep me informed. He wanted to make sure that quality wasn't compromised just to finish the job and move on. We also had a hot tub that we were unable to move on our own. Although he had no obligation to have his team move it, he offered his services without charging anything additional... even when they needed to come move it back two days later once the sealing was dry. We are extremely satisfied... thank you Martin and team!

Pearl Power Washing did a great job bringing my wood deck back to life. Martin handled all the details professionally over the phone, and the workcrew was very attentive to the washing / staining detail as well as protecting the surrounding landscaping from damage. As I had just recently replaced some deck boards, the stain color was not a perfect match with that of the older boards. Martin had the guys come right back out and remedied the color mismatch by blending in a darker color, at no extra cost. Very customer satisfaction focused. Great experience at a competitive price.
