After doing some extensive research on the Internet, I finally narrowed it down North American Coating Solutions as the best company for the job. The owner was very fast to respond, and very helpful with pricing. First he came by and gave me a quote. One week after speaking to the owner, him and a small crew were ready to go to work. I couldn't believe how fast they were able to finish the job. Must of been about 4 or 5 hours. Now I probably have the coolest looking basement in the neighborhood. My favorite part was how clean the crew was while working. Seriously not a drop of dust anywhere when they were all done. I would definitely use North American Coating Solutions again, probably next time to do my garage floor.

I recently (May, 2017) had North American Coating Solutions epoxy coat a section of my basement floor and clean/polish my terrazzo floor. The work that was done on the terrazzo floor was very good. As for the epoxy coat, the color did not match the other floor (it was supposed to) and the overall quality was OK. However, the most frustrating part of the experience was trying to get the owner, Vas, to communicate with me. It took repeated calls and texts to get a response on anything. The workers did not show up one scheduled day and there was no call or explanation from Vas. I could never get a written quote for the terrazzo portion of the work, nor have I been able to get a receipt from him, either by email or regular mail. No way to run a business.
