I am new to the area and took to the internet for help when my truck was 'rear-ended'. Found MMC near by with excellent reviews. I can honestly say I am extremely pleased with the results. Every aspect of their work was top notch from the front office to the actual body work to the "taxi service" in getting me back home. Their professionalism throughout the entire experience was much appreciated. I hope I never need their services again, but if I ever need collision work again, I will return to MMC. I recommend them to anyone in need of collision work.

Very bad customer service. Added my info on website and got no call or email. Called them and after 7 rings man answered and said he was with customer and would call back. Nothing. If you dont want to work on my car just tell me. Don't hide.

I wrecked my car and took it to another place that was going to total it. We took it to Carl at MMC for a second opinion, he was able to fix my car for half the price in a very timely manner. He kept me updated constantly and was very nice. My car is fixed and running awesome! Not only that but it was completely detailed inside and out when I picked it up. I highly recommend him and will go back to him!

I hit a deer w my XTS Cadillac which is triple black. My insurance wanted me to go to local dealer. I demanded Carl at MMC which has painted my 3 other cars for me. And as i expected, my car was absolutely perfect. Not only was the paint perfect. He even wheeled it out n i had my car back in 3 days. Carl n MMC is a 1st class operation. Had a few lines on my van. Shopping carts maybe? Stopped in to see about getting them removed. Owner was very nice. He removed the lines with a rag and some chemicals at no charge. I would have tipped them if I had ANY cash on me at the time. Seems like a great place to go if you need to have some work done.

Brought my WRX in for front end damage, and couldn’t have been more happy with the result of it being fixed RIGHT. They paint matched and blended my paint perfect and went above and beyond to make sure my car looked brand new! Carl the owner and his son Cody really take pride into their work and won’t see you as just another customer. Brought my car in and was finished in just a WEEK, with updates on the progress each and everyday making sure that I was satisfied! I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else besides MMC. If i could give more than 5 i would. The professionalism Carl shows is top notch. The timelyness he gets the work done and with top quality worksmanship. He cares about his work and his customer, he even cleaned up my cab which there was no work needed on, he just genuinely cares. Had to fix my whole rear end of truck, had done in a week. Definitely recommend going here, i will if needed.

UPDATE: So my 16 year old daughter wrecked her Honda CRV....of course I went to Carl at MMC. They did an amazing job fixing her little SUV; giving me status updates on where we were on the repair and how everything was going. I have never worked with a shop that was this easy and responsive to questions, etc. and Carl worked out a great deal on the work. Her CRV looks brand new! The only shop I will use for body work! Carl was amazing to work with and extremely helpful. I called to see if he could repair the front fender on my Audi A4 and he had me stop in that afternoon to take a look. We agreed on a price and I left my car with him...I had my car back in 2 1/2 days looking perfect! Highly recommend!

I have not had work done at this location, but I called with questions about just painting my car. The gentleman I talked with was very friendly, honest and helpful. He recommended I put the money I would spend on painting my car toward a new/different car. I really appreciated the honesty. I would certainly contact MMC Collision in the future if needed. Also, you can bet I will be telling friends and family the same. I also put their information into my contact list in my phone. By the way, I have trouble navigating on my computer. I called back and the same gentleman took the time and patience to walk me through finding where I could write this review. Now THAT is customer service. Thanks again.
