Del did great work. Was always on time and budget. Delta paint also is a handyman service. I had Del (the owner) overhaul a large rental home. He fixed exterior siding, helped dry out and water proof a flooded basement. Fixed a leaking water heater. Snaked two drains, installed downspout extensions and painted the entire exterior, refinished all the windows and repaired or replaced the shutters. Every single time I asked him for a quote or to do more work it cost exactly what I was expecting and was always on time. Del got a lot of work done on time, and on budget with very little notice. His quote for the work done was much less than some of the big exterior companies in Lansing and he didn't try getting me to buy an entire house worth of windows!

Awesome company here! Del, the owner, does fantastic work in and outside. He's extremely considerate about time constraints and does the absolute best AND stays in budget. I highly recommend Delta Painting to anyone who is looking for work done on their property. 10/10!

Del painted the exterior trim on our house recently. Big overhangs, metal previously painted with who-knows-what product, and limited time made hiring a professional a given. Finding a professional can be another matter. We had to search a little before coming up with Del from Delta Painting, but it was worth the effort. A consummate professional, Del came out promptly after we requested a quote, he was professional and courteous in his contact and he provided a written quote within 48 hours. This so distinguished him from others we had contacted that we quit looking and hired him. Lucky for us. The work was excellent, the terms reasonable, the communication ongoing and the finished product is wonderful. I would highly recommend Delta Painting for any professional painting needs you might have. You will not be disappointed!

The man who came out to give the estimate was arrogant and condescending when I tried to ask a few questions. When I called back to try to hire him despite his attitude, he said he was too busy and we missed the opportunity. Found another painter with good reviews who was willing to listen to me, patiently explain the way the work would be done, and is doing the work for less than Delta.
