The work was delayed several times. Their crews would roll in around 9:30 or 10 AM and only work till 2:30 or 3 PM even when the weather was great. They cut corners on prepping my house so even though the initial spray looked great for a couple of days, it rapidly bubbled and peeled off. I spent several months trying to get them to come fix the work, and while most (not all!) of the bubbles have been fixed, now large sections of my house look pock-marked and spotted. They do not answer the phone, reply to email, or respond to text messages in anything resembling a timely fashion, if at all.

I needed my bedroom painted and knew I wanted a shade of green but there are thousands of them. Sue the color consultant came out and helped me narrow it down. She brought large paper samples not the tiny ones you get in the paint store. I could see the beautiful shades of green and there was one that caught my eye and looked great in morning light, midday light and evening light and that was Rice Paddy. The attention to detail was unmatched...the walls, the trim, the cleanliness everything was top notch! It's so wonderful to wake up to a beautifully painted and perfect room. You can trust CertaPro Kalamazoo for all of your exterior and interior painting needs...the only call you need to make...seriously couldn't be happier!

I have used CertaPro Painters on 3 different occasions and they have always done a remarkable job. They painted kitchen cabinets for us and also did 2 floors of trim/doors/windows. They are very easy to work with and always professional 100% of the time. Their painters Russ and Steve are awesome people and were a lot of fun to have in the house; they have a great sense of humor and an even better work ethic. Steve even went so far as to bring over paint and materials at my request on the weekend; they were a pleasure to work with and went way above and beyond my expectations! We were very pleased with every aspect of our contact with CertaPro Painters of Kalamazoo. The free estimate we received for wallpaper removal and interior painting was clear, concise, and reasonable. Susan came to our house with paint samples and was very helpful, providing us with a wide range of choices. Our painter, Steve, did an outstanding job of repairing minor wall flaws and painting, so our entry, stairwell, and hallway walls look perfect. All doors, trim, and ceilings look brand new also. The work area was left in perfect condition at the end of the project. Thank you to Christine in the office for fielding my questions, and also to Mike Watson, the owner, for staying in contact with us during the duration of this project. We plan to use CertaPro Painters of Kalamazoo in the future, and would certainly recommend them to family and friends.

I ran out of steam painting my upstairs bedrooms, and saw that a neighbor had recommended CertaPro. I asked them and another independent painter to quote the project, and CertaPro was significantly less (not what I was expecting, being a franchise and part of a nationwide company). The process was well-structured, I knew what to expect, and Drew our painter knocked it out of the park. Professional, on schedule, predicted when he would be done right down to the hour, even with some paint I supplied that wasn't matching. Drew even came back on his own time to help us hang a light and some photos that required some tall ladders. Well done CertaPro Kalamazoo.
