I made an appointment for 1:00 on Friday. He called a little before the appointment and canceled because of car problems and asked to move to Monday. It is 1 hour after our Monday meeting time and he is a no show. Don't waste time with this company. I give one star because he was polite on the phone while making 1st appointment.

Marc came out was very quick and pleasant. He emailed a quote and I called requesting to schedule the work. He indicated he would call me back and I have not heard back. While I did say there was no hurry on the job, I assumed someone that wanted the work would call back and put it on the schedule. With the mixed online reviews, I am going to take this as an indication there may be deeper organizational issues.
