We have used CertaPro Painters of Metrowest four times, two for exterior and two for interior painting and repairs to our house. Their work has been of very high quality with courteous service and attention to detail. Schedules were kept while cleaning upon completion was thorough.

The owner, Ned, contacted me to come out and evaluate the job I had in mind and quickly sent an estimate. Leo, the foreman of the two-man team came out a couple of days later to get a quick view of the job, which involved two bedrooms and a bathroom - he recommended extra priming of the bedroom walls (they were old plaster) and ceilings, and we agreed to an adjusted estimate. For the next five days the guys worked their tails off (generally from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM) and quite literally transformed the two rooms. Every detail was observed and I was informed at each step. They had to color match the bathroom wall from a scrap piece of plasterboard, and honestly, I can't spot the difference. All in all, a superior job at a very reasonable cost. I would most definitely use these guys again both for inside and outside work. Very, very pleased.

We received a reply to my request for an estimate within 12 hours after submission. Ned came to our place for a 6:00 PM appointment within a few days. We had our written estimate the very next day and the work was schedule for the next week. We had just purchased a new condo and wanted to have every room and hallway painted as well as the ceiling. Leo and Reuben were at our house on time each day. They worked well together and obviously had a nice system worked out. The estimate was for a 3 to 4 day time frame to complete our project. They had it done in 3. They took care with our furniture covering everything in plastic and had drop clothes on all the floors and carpets. Once completed they returned the furniture to it's original position and cleaned up the messes that were made. Dust from scraping and sanding as well as any paint drops. Before leaving, Leo did a walk through looking for any areas that might need a touch up, making sure we were happy with the final project. We are.

They did a great job for a decent price. Even my gutter-guys noticed and commented on what a good job they did. The 1 or 2 missed spots I noticed were taken care of quickly, with no fuss. I highly recommend CertaPro of Metrowest.

Our house was way past due for a fresh coat of paint. Ned came out, checked out the exterior of our house, noting where the wood had rotted out from the pounding New England weather, gave us a quote for the paint job and even hooked us up with a great carpenter who did some much needed repairs. We were having trouble making a final decision on a color, so they painted four different small samples on the shady and sunny sides of the house. It was just what we needed to make a choice. The Certa Pro Painters crew was on time, polite, took extra care not to do any damage to the landscaping, and had it done in no time. Our house looks fantastic! I was pleased with the entire process from the estimate through their management contacting me at the finish of the job to ensure my satisfaction. I’ve used CertaPro Painters twice. Initially to paint the exterior of my house and recently to remove wall paper and paint interior walls, celings and trim. I am completely satisfied with both jobs. I was impressed with the prep work done to get the surfaces ready to paint. The painting itself looks amazing. And the clean up daily and at the end of the job was excellent. Ned went around our home's exterior with us and expertly helped us identify all the major areas where the wood was soft or had other damage. He meticulously noted them all with blue painter's masking tape and then he went over the work to be done with his foreman painter Fabricio. Fabricio and his team worked tirelessly for the next 10 hours, purchasing, the carpentry products and paint, and then replacing all the damaged wood areas. They came back the next morning, painted, and cleaned up. The quality of their carpentry work and painting was excellent. They were neat, and cleaned the property of any and all nails and other carpentry scraps. They were courteous, flexible, and highly professional. Every member of their team seemed to take pride in their work, which we very much appreciated!

The team did a great job painting (exterior) our house and deck. I was very impressed with the preparation work they did with sanding and fixing a few pieces of siding and trim where necessary. they were pretty thourough about cleaning up the mess when done also. The pricing was quite reasonable as well

I was very pleased with the job CertaPro Painters did for us. We needed our kitchen walls painted as well as kitchen and living room ceiling. When their was a misunderstanding about who would clean a grease spot above the stove, they arranged for someone to come and clean the whole area for us and she did a great job. Leo and Ruben were easy to deal with and moved a lot of the furniture in the living room to make it possible to paint in the corners of the ceiling. It would have been difficult for my husband and I to tackle that. All in all, a job well done and a professional experience.
