Awesome experience with these guys, I contacted Marc and within 2 hours he called me back. We set up a time for him to come out and give us a quote, he was very accommodating even changing the initial date because something came up on my end. When he came out he was very professional and through talked me through the whole process as to what he was planning on doing to our house. Our house, which we moved into 2 years ago, probably had not been painted in 20+ years. It was all chipped, sun beaten and peeling, Marc explained to me that with a nice fresh coat of paint and primer the clap boards would come right back to life. I was to the point where I would have had all of them replaced but after Marc explained to me what we could do we decided to just replace a few of the boards, he saved us a ton of money by doing so. He then gave me a quote the same day, which was more than fair and we were extremely happy with. Once his crew came they were also very professional, they double checked all colors with me and were concerned with how I approved of each step, this was very comforting. They arrived at the beginning of the week on Monday morning and were done with the whole job, ( house cleaning, powerwashing the deck and house, clap board sanding and scraping, house painting, trim painting, door painting, gutter painting, carpentry work and painting my whole deck) and were done by Tuesday afternoon. They were very tidy with every aspect of the job and made sure I approved of all areas of the house that were painted. Before they left he told me that if I find anything I was dissatisfied with to give him a call and he would be right out to fix the problem. We had an amazing experience with Marc and the crew at Aurora Painting and the best part is they stand 100% behind their work. I would highly recommend anyone who is in the market to have their house painted to check these guys out. We will absolutely reccomend to our friends and family as well as use them again in the future. Thank you for the quality work.

Once we signed the contract, the work was done in an extremely efficient, timely and professional manner, not to mention the yard was always spotless at the end of every working day. This is our first positive experience with a home improvement contractor. We were looking to have the exterior of our house painted. From the start we felt very comfortable with Marc’s (the co-owner) attitude and demeanor through the sales process – he was the least pushy but rather genuine and truthful. Despite getting other lower quotes we went with our gut feel and are thoroughly pleased with this decision. Not once through the entire process did we get a feeling that they were trying to rip us off (as with many others). Our experience with the crew that did the job was the same. They were very accommodating and responsive to our numerous requests to touch up areas or do something different. We had a huge anxiety attack after seeing the true color (on the shade we picked) on two sides of the house, but the crew was very helpful in walking us through the process to change the color and even helped us select the right shade. They did exactly what they said in their quote and then some more. The one issue if that was with the fact that the crew leader did not speak English well but that was quickly addressed by Marc and he asked the other crew members (who spoke English fine) to help fill in. The crew displayed true customer service, cleaned up very well each day. As I told Marc – I hope not to have to deal with them again (for exterior painting) for a long time but wish they could provide other services for us! I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a nice painting job.

Alexi and John and the team did a great job with our house. It looks great! We had a lot to paint (the whole exterior and most of the interior) in a short period of time before putting our home on the market. The guys stepped up and worked through most of the Memorial Day weekend to get the job done in time for us. Everything was clean and neat when they left. We would definitely recommend Aurora for any exterior and/or interior job. Thanks Alexi and team!

We just had Aurora Exterior Painting Inc. paint our house, and cannot be happier for the work they have done! The team of three guys did excellent job from carpentry, applying primer to painting. They paid a lot of attention to details and cleared up every time after they finish work. The owner Alexi is a great guy, very professional. He came once to check the carpentry work and asked his guys to redo a window to his and our satisfaction. Furthermore, after the painting work is done, we mentioned to him that a couple of small pieces came off from one of shutters. He asked us to send him a picture. Then he came in person to measure the shutter and will purchase a new one to match the current one. Thank you so much, Alexi and the team!

When it was time to repaint the exterior of our home we did our due diligence and spoke to many vendors to discuss the scope of work. None knew their business as well as Aurora- especially where our "paint job" was much more than just applying paint. Aurora improved the exterior of our home by replacing a significant amount of rotted siding with cedar, power washing and then painting. They applied two coats of top brand paint- included in their price. When you have a team of workers at your home for multiple days, you want people you can trust on your property. Aurora's team was courteous, hard working and professional. They were in touch about when they would arrive and depart, stayed within the promised guidelines/deadlines for completion and went above and beyond to make sure that expectations were met and then exceeded. Getting the entire exterior or simply a room or two repainted makes a huge difference to the aesthetic of your home. Do your homework. Shop around. For the quality and value, you'll choose Aurora as well. We will definitely chose Aurora for any further professional construction/painting needs.

This was the second time we hired Aurora Painting Contractors to paint our home. The first paint job lasted 9 years so it was a pretty easy decision to use them again! Very professional from start to finish, and communication throughout the process was exceptional. Their crews are respectful and work very hard. It is also very nice to have the larger crews- this allows the project to be finished much more quickly and minimizes disruption to our schedule and routines. They have painted many homes in our neighborhood and do not hesitate to recommend them!

Was the worst experience we've ever had with a contractor in 40 years of being a homeowner. Employees drove into my architectural stone wall and broke it and denied it. They ran into my aluminum driveway light pole and knocked it over and denied it. Borrowed tools without permission. Borrowed my new ladder and painted right over it numerous times. Did not have their own appropriate tools. Used 6.5 gals of paint on our 2,700 sf home supposedly 2 coats of paint. There is no doubt they were watering down the paint. I could see 1.5 inch of clear liquid inside the 5 gallon paint container and did not know what it was at the time. Ruined my roof by walking on shingles on 95 degree day. Broke edges of shingles around perimeter of house by leaning ladder against them without any protection. This was the worst group of screw ups we ever had work on our home. I feel Aurora took on a lot of work and these weren't the owners working on the house, contracted the work and they did not have appropriate tools or knowledge and most did not speak english. I would never, ever recommend Aurora. I will also never trust a spray painter again and never leave my water faucet on where they can easily water down latex paint. I had gotten, after I sent in the deposit, a better price from No Risk Painting, they also paint by hand. Aurora's owner was very nice and replaced most of the damaged items, but the job was sub-par and still damage exists today. And the headaches gave me many sleepless nights.

We hired Aurora a a couple years ago to paint our house. They did a great job and exceeded our expectations. The owner of the company, Mark, is easy to work with and responds in a timely fashion. We ran into an issue with some paint not adhering to a section of our house about a year after it was painted and they immediately fixed it and covered it under their warranty. It is now months later and it still looks great. They are a well run business and we plan to hire them again for our future painting needs.

The house needed a good amount of TLC and i needed a good amount of help and support, all of which Alexi and Aurora Painting offered. The unbelievable workmanship and customer service they gave me was unparalleled. I did my due diligence and researched many other painter/painting companies.Although Aurora wasn't the least expensive, I went with my gut and found they were worth every penny! They only do the entire painting of the whole house.I feel their webpage is misleading and that they need to clarify this.They should specify that they only will paint the entire house and that they don't do anything less than that.
