Brian was wonderful , he went over everything the painters/carpenters would afddress . His crew was right on schedule due to weather there was a delay but Brian kept in contact when the crew would be there .They kept on schedule , clean and picked up everything . Definitely would recommend them - very pleased !

We had a great experience with Arch Painting. We got 3 estimates for our house and Arch was the lowest due to their Fall "Special" which was late in the season. They helped us pick colors, introduced us to an online app to see what they would look like on the house, arrived on time and finished when the said they would be done. They answered all questions and the crew chief even gave me his cell number to call day or night. Best of all, we LOVE the color as well as the trim and accent colors they recommended. All their work is guaranteed. We could not have had a better experience.

At first, Arch Painting came off as a very professionally run business, but post my project, I started to notice an absurd amount of issues with the quality of detailing around my home. I asked Arch painting to come back and fix these issues, but it took 3 MONTHS! I spent way too much of my time being cancelled on and lied to about people showing up multiple times, and it was only until I reached out to management, they sent someone. Even after waiting so long, wasting time, and resources, they sent someone who I had to continually monitor (kept saying he was done, rushing and not doing the areas I pointed out) and someone learning on the job. I had edges mixed, and white ceiling brushes tampered with wall colors or darker stains that stained my ceilings. Some (of many more) of these pictures reflect a total lack of professionally prepping the walls to a quality professional standard. They painted over picture nails, instead of removing them. They even painted over tape, or missed large spots altogether! I'm quite sure when this company was smaller they slowed down and ensured the job was high quality, but this was not a quality job and they do not care about their advertising about making sure you are happy. If they did I wouldn't have waited 3 months and weeks of no responses back to my texts/emails to only finally get subpar contractors. Now I have to spend more of my time and money to fix their issues.

We had an excellent experience with Arch. The workers were there on the scheduled date, on time every day for the entire duration, worked very hard, did excellent work, and left the property very clean. The price was in the middle of three proposals we received but their proposal included a lot more than the others so was a much better value. Our house is over 100 years old and they provided a strong level of TLC to make sure it looked great when finished. I would use them again (and likely will) and recommend them highly.

My wife and I just finished having Arch paint the exterior of our home, replace some rotted trim boards, and paint our kitchen cabinets. We are absolutely thrilled with the results. We started the process by getting a quote from another reputable vendor who we really wanted to use based upon recommendations from friends. Their pricing was so high that we had to seek a second quote and boy are we happy we did. Arch Painting came in at 40% below the other quote and their work was top notch. Their team, led by a foreman named Gill, came in on a Friday morning, and worked through the weekend to complete all of the work. Their quality was even better than what we had hoped for! The crew of guys were all very nice and they worked their tails off. We pointed out a few very minor issues as they were completing their work and they immediately fixed them. Some of the doors on our kitchen cabinets had been mounted incorrectly and were lopsided when our home was built (which was with the previous owner). When the crew re-mounted the doors after painting them, they took the time to fix the issues and put them on perfectly. Clearly they take pride in their work. We will not hesitate to use Arch again when we re-paint part of our interior and we wholeheartedly endorse them. Excellent work at a very fair price. How often can you say that when engaging any type of contractor???

Though the walls look nice, everything else was a mess! It took them 3 tries coming out to my house to get the painting done the way I asked for it, and I am still cleaning up the paint they got all over my sinks, my stair rug, doors, clothes, floors, and furniture, and it was painted 3 months ago!

So we get these people to come and give an estimate, and that estimate was a little above others, but due to timing we decided to go with them, and waited a month till they scheduled us, and the day they were supposed to some in, they call to cancel, and want to push us another month out, we had other things planned such as photographer and other items, all had to be canceled, very unreliable,

My wife and I just (November 2016) had Arch Painting paint our home in Beverly. The team was professional, courteous, efficient. They worked clean/fast, but prep work was not well done, only painted 1 side of shutters (until I objected), No sanding after scraping, etc. The house looked ok, and their pricing was very competitive. ~18 months later, the house needs repainting. Update: Nice people, bad paint prep, project manager not responsive after payment was made. Cracking, peeling, bubbling, painted over bad wood, etc...issues evident in spring 2017...these pictures were taken fall 2017.

Excellent experience with Arch Painting. We needed to stain our porch and had another contractor string us along and then no show. I put in a request on their website, got a response the next day, and then they sent someone out in a week or so. Pressure washed it one day and then did 2 coats the following day (Saturday). Very reasonable quote, quick response, and the porch looks great. Would highly recommend them for any painting project.
