Great trifecta of consistent communication, quality work, great pricing. I was amazed on the fairness of change-orders, work scope, adjustments, no-complaint and prompt touch-ups, minor mark-up on paint. Shipman does alot more than painting as well. They put in two new floors - kitchen and bathrm - both look amazing... and again GREAT pricing. Call Eric - get a quote.
