I found North College Park Painting through a google search for deck stainers near me. From reading the reviews and viewing the work, I decided to reach out for an estimate. Mr. Romero was very responsive and came out to give me an estimate for the work that I was looking to get done. I had my gutters cleaned, house and deck power washed and my wrap around porch painted and deck sealed. He and his crew were extremely professional and did an awesome job within two days quote. I am extremely pleased and will use his company again for upcoming work that I plan to have done inside my house.

Juan and his team did an absolutely amazing job on my Takoma Park condo! We were getting it ready to put on the market after renting for a couple of years, and the renter was a bit harsh on the unit. Juan et al. not only smoothed out all the imperfections and painted all the walls (many of which were already painted dark) and ceilings, but also fixed door frames and retiled my bathroom floor. All in less than a week. His contract and communication were impeccable as well. I'm certain his work contributed to me getting over $20K above my list price, and a very short time on the market (5 days). Most importantly, he is very reasonably priced. Please don't hesitate to contact NCP Painters for renovation work. We are planning to work with them again for our residential townhome.
