I called to request a quote and after I told him I already had paint he cut me off and told me "he doesn't operate that way, I have to let him bring the paint" and then hung up. Seems like a dishonest contractor that wants to stick it to you by charging 3x on the cost of paint. Never had a painter turn down work because they couldn't provide the paint. Would not recommend.
