Had to chase them down to get estimates and work updates. Keith's did not confer at all with my insurance provider, which ended in confusion at time of pickup, even though I had brought them all the information beforehand.

I dont know anything about their work but I can tell you that they are a bunch of slumlords. They rent a 1 bedroom house in my neighborhood. They never check on the tenants, they dont follow up on complaints & from my understanding, they dont fix anything either. There are 5-6 people living in a tiny 1 bedroom house. They are loud & disruptive. There is a child living there which I feel sorry for because there are activities going on that children should never be around. No one has ever seen this kid go to school. They know all of this & still do nothing as long as they get their rent. Slumlords are bad in Lake Charles & they dont care about your neighborhood or the community.

Refused to give a quote unless "guaranteed" they would do the work. Kicked my wife out the shop as she took the vehicle to them. I move to better options. If that is how professional they handle quotes, I really don't want them to handle any challenging problems should they arise working on my vehicle.Thanks But No Thanks, Dont waste your time.

Day before yesterday I picked up our brand new 2019 Big Horn Dodge Ram truck. They did an amazing job and even cleaned our truck for us. Customer service is great in office. But here is my issue. My husband noticed all the bed of our truck is scratched. I called to let them know .I spoke tto Johnathon he told me to bring it, it was raining hard so today I bring it July 31, 2019. He looks and tells me what you want me to do , He tells me he not putting up with me after I tell him the truck brand new nothing ever been in the back. It was him and tire shop place tire in the bed. He refused to give me the number to the tire shop aand walked off. Well I told h I'm I'm filing for a civil suit, oh I also was told we should have had a bed liner. Thank you Keith's for damaging our new truck and not taking responsibility
