If you live anywhere where the wind can really get to you, I would suggest Rhino Shield. I've already had a few wind-storms come through since my shielding was installed, and it has passed the test with flying colors. Not a scratch or crack anywhere! Great service.

In one word, ''nightmare''. The company doesn't have a good leader. Lack of communication , lies and failure to perform up to the standards they subscribe to are the traits of this company. What should have taken 3 days took 7. They had a perfect week to work , but were inconsistent in showing up to work. Their commercial states they start at sunrise but they never came before 11 am. Their supervisor told me it was not possible for them to come any earlier. Therefore, on Sunday they were at my house in my personal space for 12 hours. I like the look of my house . But I just cannot recommend them to anyone else. Hire at your own risk. How they are on Angie's list is beyond me. ''The customer comes first'' is not their motto.

Sometimes it's difficult to be forthright and not give offense. I'd rather deal with someone who will tell me the truth and not just take my money. Most companies will say anything to get an order. I think it is refreshing to hear someone say they don't think their product or service is the best fit for your needs. How often does that happen?

My wife scheduled an appointment to get an estimate. The salesman arrived on time, however, refused to quote us a price and demanded to reschedule the appointment since I wasn't there. Overall, that is just bad business and a lost opportunity for Rhino Shield.

Free Estimate which was a through inspection of entire exterior of our home. Project completed in timely manner and the crew cleaned up after completion. Had Darrin out to look at our home. 1st thing he asked was 'where is your husband?' I said I wasn't aware he needed to be here and he insisted that I would have been told that my husband needed to be present. Which was NEVER mentioned and even if it was it wouldn't have mattered. It doesnt take two of us to hire a painter. Seemed like a very sexist remark. Since when can't a woman make a decision on what painter she wants to hire? I am the decision maker in this matter. We live in a desirable area of 1950's ranch homes that sell between $500-1million+ and he gave me the impression he had no idea what kind of home value he was looking at. He was suggesting replacing my copper gutters which is ludicrous. He had no appreciation for the mid century era of the home or what we are trying to do. I would not have him work on my property. He was rude, arrogant and offensive.

I scheduled a appointment with the Rhino for quote, someone called from their office to confirm day before and no one showed up for quotes on that day. Not even a call that we are not going to make it. I had to call back to check on them, left a voice message and no response till date. What a waste of time. To owners response. Yes it was Rhino office I was trying to get hold off and not someone else.

My experience has been very pleasant. Scheduling in this line of business can be very difficult to to weather and unforeseen job circumstances, however they worked with me every step of the way. The crew was very pleasant, courteous, and explained all the steps it would take to complete the job. The prepped and repaired all wood needing repaired. They were very maticulous and did a nice job. Above all, after I noticed a few places that needed a touch-up, they came back out and did so. No job or person is 100 percent perfect, but my experience was almost that. Very impressed and should not have to worry about maintenance on my log home for s long time to come.

Using Rhino shield was a very easy decision for our business. They took a building that had almost 35 year old paint on it and made it look brand new. Not only did Darren finish the paint work in a very timely manner but the ability to handle the degree of difficulty was what impressed me. I'm in Noblesville. I loved the paint job that was completed in April 2018 but by June my siding was buckling horribly. I have been in conversation with the company about getting my siding replaced although they are very slow with replies and good at avoiding the subject. They finally agreed to replace my siding because the color they let me use for my vinyl siding was too dark and warped the siding. Today I was notified by the insurance adjuster they sent the claim to that the insurance will not cover the claim. After my husband passed away in January I wanted a low maintenance solution to take care of the exterior of my house. This is turning into a nightmare.
