I am submitting a review of this company on all business directories that allow reviews to help fellow consumers choose wisely. This company performed a “roofing tune up including caulking the step and counter flashing, tact down and caulk nail pops, seal loose shingles,” in the repair of a roof leak found during a home inspection on the property I purchased and currently live in. The roof is still leaking, in the same exact spot their service was contacted over. I highly suspect they charged the previous owner and did nothing since the leak is still there. Do not use this company for repair or “roof tune up” services when needing such maintenance on your home. They are completely inept in the namesake of their business.

These guys suck at communicating. If they say they’ll be there one day, they won’t and they won’t even call to let you know. I wasted weeks on them to complete the painting of my home and finally had to find someone else to complete the project. Only use these guys if you have months to waste.

We hired Ravlin's Roofing because the owner was a neighbor. Turns out there was no caulking done after the existing shingles were removed and replaced by them. The flashing around the chimney was improperly installed and not caulked. The drip edges were sloppy and misaligned causing damage to the wood. The shingles were replaced with low grade material. The shingles will never make it the 20 year warranty as stated. And the leaks have begun to say the least. With all the walking back and forth by the crew and dragging of materials across the portion of the roof that was rubber it was also damaged. The cost to repair the damage caused by their inferior job costs more than the original re-shingling. Not only that but Ravlin's Roofing was $2000 more expensive than other roofing companies. This is not a case of you pay for what you get. We paid more thinking we were getting quality and superior work. I feel roofing companies should be required by municipality to acquire a permit thereby also requiring an inspector to approve the final job. As a normal home owner has no idea what is expected nor required to gauge a good job.

Replaced some shingles the day I called (discovered a leak). Eventually put a new roof on and did a good job. Also came out and recaulked (for free) when a home inspector was oddly picky.

Excellent family owned company. Went above and beyond. We had a short turn around to get repair work done and Greg and his team completed it in a week. Not only that, they did more than expected. Highly professional and excellent job. Cannot thank them enough!!! Highly recommend.

I would give zero stars if I could. Long story short the crew they were supposed to send turned into 1 person that ghosted us after the second day. They only completed small pieces of the project and now I have a torn apart house that I need to find a new painter to fix. Not one room, was 100% done plus the painter left splatter all over one of our beds. The biggest kicker was after leaving multiple messages and texts they, instead of apologizing and trying to fix it , just said "Ravlin’s is withdrawing from this project." This was a 4 bedroom, hallway and foyer job which I was told was "easy" I will never use this company again To Steve and Ed, an apology can go a long way in customer service.

As you can see from the other reviews, the preponderance suggest only a one star. I would take a step further, if given the option, for zero star rating. Terrible customer service all around. Was told service during two appointments, and two appointments, no shows! Poor communication, only received short, terse replies through email. Truly an embarrassment of an owner/manager and company!! Would rather pay more than deal with these clowns
