Not sure what happened with this company... I had them out to our home in April to give us a bid on a total interior house painting. They were very helpful and seemed interested. They sent an estimate (a week later than they had agreed to) and while we had bids from 4 other companies we decided to move forward with Momentum due to the detailed and well laid out plan/estimate presented. We were told they were busy and couldn't get to us until the last week of May/first week of June. We eagerly agreed. The time came, the time went. No follow up calls. No emails. No texts. I even called the company and left a message asking if I could get an ETA on the job (I was hoping to schedule some vacation time this summer and didn't want a schedule conflict). No one ever returned my call. It's now the last week of June... 3 months strung along. To say we're disappointed is an understatement. We're now just eating the cost and painting everything ourselves. I know companies are busy but there is no excuse for not returning calls or emails. What a way to spend our "vacation".
