Awesome service from the beginning. I was rear ended and needed an auto body shop to fix my car. I had no idea how to go about the process, how to talk to the insurances, or anything. I walked into the shop and told the Owner Chris’s that I had no idea what I was doing. He immediately took control and helped me. Got me in a rental that exact day and took care of everything. Would recommend to anyone!

August 29th and 30th we rented a vehicle for a work trip from Lambs Auto Body a Dodge Caravan. Katy did an amazing job accommodating what we needed !!! Vehicle was very nice and clean :) They even aloud me to leave my personal vehicle there and locked it in their gate at night. Friday Kenisa the owner followed up making sure our rental was handled correctly and was up to our expectations !!! Thank y’all for everything we will definitely be renting again !!!!

I highly recommend Chris and his amazing staff to anyone near his establishment. Chris showed exactly what makes America great by helping my family in a very challenging time. A totaled car from an accident brought me into the acquaintance of Chris and He showed care and concern. I was able to get a vehicle for my son who was 13 hours away. He did more than rent a car to me. He demonstrated genuine interest in making sure everything was ALL RIGHT! I highly recommend Lambs Auto Body to anyone in Western Kentucky. They were so accommodating from the beginning, especially with getting me into a rental car. I was new to this area and could not have chose a better place. The work they did on my car was superior.
