Our neighbor had Jessy put on their new roof. He did them a great job for them so we had him replace the flashing on our chimney to fix a leak. He seemed really knowledgeable. He knew and described exactly the steps he would need to do and provided us a written estimate. He also guaranteed the work. His crew came out and had it completed in no time. Manny and hs crew just finished a 4600 sq ft pole barn floor for me. I got 3 quotes and they were all pretty close but Manny could fit in my timeline and I liked his attitude and professionalism. They did a great job and finished the job on time and within budget. I would recommend them. They are actually estimating some painting jobs now for some other properties I have.

I set an apt. with him to see about doing a paint job at my house. He asked me to text him with the apt. time and my information, so I did that. I shuffled my schedule around to meet him the next day and he did not show up. He did not call to state that he would not be there. I called him to ask if he would be there and didn't apologize. He replied by saying he would come by later that evening. He didn't even call or make that apt. either. Horrible professionalism!

Jessy Vazquez just completed replacement roofing my home .Like all homeowners I dreaded the process we were fixing to go thru but not only did Jessy meet my expectations he exceeded them. Although the weather was extremely hot at the end of each workday they took the time to leave my property with all the significant areas clear of any debris.When they completed the project all debris was totally removed including old shingle nails etc.and my shrubs and landscaping was unscathed. Jessy returned the following day and he did a final inspection of all the items he had included in his quote and left me as a very satisfied customer along with a significant warranty on all labor performed.

Jessy's crew showed up bright & early to replace our roof. They moved furniture & plants out of the way before placing trailer up against house to dispose of old shingles & debris. They worked so fast & efficiently they were done by 1 & the roof looks great! They were all so polite & friendly. They even went around the house with a magnet to collect any staples & nails that had fallen. When they were packed up they placed all furniture & plants back to original places to leave it how it was when they arrived. I would totally recommend them & hire them again to work for us. Thanks guys for a beautiful roof!

Jessy and his crew did a great job on some remodeling to our house. His team painted the walls and replaced the flooring for us while also removing old carpet and moving furniture for us. We have an odd work schedule and he was courteous and worked at the pace we were comfortable with. Also we have vaulted ceilings in some parts of the house and they were happy to work on the details in the ceiling.

They told me they could fix my sagging roof by not replacing the rafters (which obviously needed replacing). I told them to replace the rafters and they were too lazy to do that so they convinced me they knew how to take the sag out without replacing rafters.. well they didn't take the sag out and then proceeded to put shingles on the curved roof and then charged us for "fixing" the roof.. joke of a company and joke craftsman. Would never recommend them to anyone.
