We cannot say enough good things about Doug and everyone at Odyssey painting. They did an amazing job replacing damaged siding and brick molding around windows and doors. Then they took care to make sure everything was primed and caulked prior to painting. Every step of the way Doug made sure we knew what was happening and why. Odyssey was first class all the way. We highly recommend Odyssey. The following pictures show some of the damage before repair and document the painting process.

When my wife and I began the process of looking at wood rot and paint contractors, we received 6 bids. While Odyssey was not the least expensive, they were also not the most expensive. Doug spent over an hour looking over the house, and gave us a very detailed bid, that included every a drawing of each piece of siding and trim that would need to be addressed. We immediately felt like we were in a safe and honest pair hands. Weather aside, Doug's crew was great; their communication was awesome, they moved quickly and communicated with us about additional work that needed to be done to complete the job correctly. On one side of my home, the wood rot was so bad that I could not believe that the windows did not fall off the house; Doug re-built to the framing and charged short dollars for the additional work. We are so happy with what appears to be a new home. To Doug and team, THANK YOU!!!

We originally had our house painted in 2011. Doug did a great job and we were really pleased with the result. Last year, we noticed an issue with the paint on the back side of the house having faded. Outstanding Experience. Doug and his team were quick, courteous and thorough. The paint looks amazing and the quality truly excellent. We got 4 estimates. Only Odyssey offered to ROLL primer deep into the grooves of our house for only a little extra money. They spent the entire first day caulking and rolling primer. It's no wonder they're the only company we looked at who actually warranties their work for 10 YEARS! Their facebook page also has all the houses they've painted -- with colors labeled -- making it super easy to pick the colors we wanted. We will recommend them and use them again (in 10-15 years!).

Odyssey painted our house and replaced the wood rot on my chimney in July. We are really happy with the chimney repairs and Doug's crew did a real thorough job with the priming and caulking. The entire house turned out great. We are really happy with the quality of work and their attention to detail. They showed up when promised and always left my property clean and picked up. Doug and his crew are professional and courteous. We had a lot of questions along the way and Doug always took the time to answer them. Doug also responded to my email messages promptly. I would use Odyssey Painting again and would certainly recommend them.

Let me first say that Doug and his team did a great job on the wood rot that they replaced on the front and the side of my home. However, I noticed Doug and his team missed a large area near the patio on the back of my house. I called Doug and he said that he must have missed it on his initial inspection, he offered to come back and fix/ paint the wood rot. However, when he did come to complete the job he only replaced some of the rot and just painted over the remainder of the wood rot (the goal was to remove all rotted wood from the home)... I called and left a message on Monday last week (7/21/14) letting him know that I wanted everything replaced, and it is now (7/28/14) and my call has not been returned. It is a shame that this experience has turned sour, because they did such a great job on what they did replace. Beware: dishonest, lack of customer service and communication, and does not complete jobs.

Five stars all the way Honesty,comunication and follow through. We contacted Odyssey by email they responded that same day,came over and gave us an est the following day. Doug and Dawn at odyssey painting did an excellent job painting our house. They took there time calking scraping and priming and followed up with finishing coats of paint to the body and trim on a following day. Doug and his crew was very easy to talk with and they addressed every concern/question I had with our house. They always answered emails/calls promptly. I contacted them on a Sunday and they responded and set up an estimate by Monday. We had checked out several painters for over several months and once we met Doug we knew he was going to be the best. And they did not disappoint,excellent paint package! Odyssey Painting is a rare find as far as integrity and right bussiness practice. Feel free to use us as a reference. Deckers

The response was quick and they were very nice, but they did not tell me over the phone or on the website that they do not paint homes built before 1978 due to lead paint (the majority of the surface I asked to be painted is steel siding). They should state this on their website, phone message machine, and/or when making the appointment to do the estimate.
