If you're in need of interior/exterior painting or popcorn ceiling scraping, James is the guy. He's was one of the very best contractors I've ever hired. My ceilings were a wreck after a few years of water damage. After the insurance was cutting us short, James came back out multiple times to work with an adjuster and explain repairs in detail. He was able to get us a larger pay out from insurance and gave us a great deal on the added popcorn scraping we wanted. I know that's a messy job that I didn't want any part of, and I wasn't sure what to expect as far as mess. James and his team taped up plastic in every single room (5 total) that they worked in and I didn't even find 1 single speck of dust. We went out of town over labor day, and James was willing to do the work while we were gone. He actually left my house in a cleaner condition than before. After a long and exhausting trip, we came back to a made up bed, perfectly spotless floors and he even took the time to fold the sheet of toilet paper into a triangle like they do in hotels. Details, folks. James is all about professionalism, ease of communication and details. I highly recommend him to any of my other Waldo neighbors. James, thanks for being an awesome neighbor and caring, fair professional. You rock!

James took the time to explain his process, why he uses a specific paint, how long it would take, etc. He left no stone unturned and was very thorough. He spent more than 75% of his time prepping our house and replacing some wood rot. I believe his process is the reason it still looks great today. KC Painter will be our go to painting company for all future needs for the interior and exterior of our house due to his integrity, hardwork and eye for design. If you have painting needs, call him! When he initially met with us to review our needs and give us an estimate he explained things in great detail including the potential issues that might come up such as wood rot. When we decided to hire James we felt confident in his ability to do the work as described and, from beginning to end, we were so pleased with the experience.
