Rafael and his team did a great job on the requested repairs. Also, and this is even more important to me, they were RESPONSIVE! I have requested bids from at least five other contractors and either received no response or got the runaround. Not true of Rafael - very responsive and addressed all my questions and concerns. They're a keeper!

***Repeat Customer*** The floor in my garage was crumbling and pitted due to snow and chemicals. I contacted E.L. Construction to have it resurfaced. After roughing up the entire surface, they added concrete filler to smooth it out, put down the epoxy that I chose, and finished it with a coat of sealant. It took two diligent workers nine hours and it was finished in one day. Completely durable and beautiful. The job went just the way Rafael said it would. He, Jasmine, and his crew are wonderful to work with and I'll call them again for future projects.

E.L. Construction, LLC, owned and operated by Josh Toye, has done work at my home on three separate occasions and each time the results have been first-class. The costs have been fair and competitive with the market. The crew was always on time and the work was completed within the estimated timeframe. They crew works quietly and efficiently and are detailed and they clean up thoroughly at the end of the day and the end of the job. The first job they did was to paint the entire interior of our house before we moved in; the second job was months later when they painted all of the oak-stained trim off-white; and the third job was to re-tile the kitchen backsplash. Our house feels new and up-to-date. I highly recommend E.L. Construction. Like all good service providers, they're often busy so you may have to wait a short time but it's worth the results when the work is completed.

Rafael and his team just completed a large week-long project in our home to prepare it for selling in a hot competitive market amongst new homes Rafael was quick to respond to my request for a quote and despite a number of other sizable projects already on his books he fit me into his schedule The scope including fixing some drywall, patching and painting nearly every room in our 2600 SF home, changing out some lighting, replacing a door frame, some exterior repairs and touch-up and other odds and ends in a fully occupied home. I was not working so the crews had to contend with not only my presence but that of a dog, a cat, a chirping bird, my curious two year old grandson, and wall to wall furniture and home decor. The crew took extra care to protect all our hardwoods and furniture. They did a great job of dust containment and clean up every evening. They were patient, pleasant and eager eager to complete a couple of changes to scope and small honey-do requests. I am a tough customer with a critical eye. I managed commercial tenant finish construction for 25 years for a national professional services firm with high profile clients. Rafael’s team met and exceeded my expectations. I found EL Construction recommended on our neighborhood website NextDoor. There is always some risk as you never know if random neighbors expectations of quality at affordable prices are the same as yours. EL Construction, Rafael, and his crew did not disappoint. I extend my sincere gratitude to the team for meeting my schedule, my expectations, and helping me bring my home to like-new condition to meet our desired date to list the property on MLS.

We had our house painted and some wood rot replace. I had two estimates done, they were the cheapest but even more importantly with the wood rot he only discussed fixing it not covering it up like the other company. During the process everyone was very professional and nice. Any questions were addressed in a timely manner. At the end of everyday the guys cleaned up everything. I could not be more pleased with the service and quality of their work.
