I called and set up a time to meet and get an estimate for the next day between 4:30-4:45 pm. Damien told me he would call if there was a change in the meeting time. I left work early to be there by the agreed time. He never showed up or called. I can't comment on their work, but I won't use somebody that doesn't have the common courtesy to pick up the phone and let the customer know something has changed.
