In February-March 2019, Golden Touch Painters painted the walls and ceilings of our 2-story house. They used Sherwin Williams Super Paint and were priced in the middle of the four quotes I received from different contractors. Pros: Golden Touch Painters were reasonably priced and got the job done in a week with a two-man team. Tim was very friendly and trustworthy, a great person to do business with. Kara provided free color consultation services which were truly wonderful and helped us choose a great color palette for our home. The final quality of their finished work is good overall. We're also very happy with the feeling we get from the fresh coat of paint. Cons: The quality was not stellar, and we asked them to return and fix a few places, which they did for no charge on our schedule. Even later, we found they did not remove our shower curtain rods to paint behind them. It's a trivial thing which we can fix ourselves, but demonstrates the lack of attention to detail. Overall, we're pleased with the results, but might change how we select contractors in the future.

Hired them work on laundry room floor in January. to cover paint mess & have epoxy protect If water from drain came in. They couldn't start work on time cause it was damp under linoleum so they did entire job in one night only applying only 1 coat. Had my first water issue in July and floor didn't hold up. Divets in floor caught dirt and part of epoxy peeled up.

I felt confident that I was dealing with professionals. The whole experience was completed in less than a week, from phone call to final walk-through. A small down payment retained their services and they did not take payment-in-full until they had my total satisfaction. The color and design specialist was very experienced and provided us with insight into the current trends and helped us blend our preferences into a modern color scheme. I was totally and completely satisfied with the entire experience. They were a couple hundred dollars more than the lowest bidder, but the confidence, speed, and quality were well worth it. We had a very messy situation that required repainting our entire home. Every wall, every ceiling...and we had to have it done within a couple of weeks. The guys at Golden Touch were awesome. They made some magic happen with their schedule and blocked off 5 days to get the entire home primed and painted. There were definitely some struggles as we tried to figure out how to live our lives comfortably while accommodating a painting crew for a week but Tim, the company owner, was available any time we had questions or concerns. He was incredibly responsive to our needs and it was very clear that he cared about this being as comfortable of a process as possible. He did his very best to set realistic expectations and accommodate any special concerns that we had. Golden Touch works with a Color Consultant (Kara) who was amazing! She came out to our home on a weekend day (which she only does in exceptional situations...thanks Kara!!) and was incredibly thorough and helpful in directing us to colors that worked best for our home and personalities. She is excellent at what she does and she is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. Her services were presented as optional (it did not cost us more to have her consultation) and we are so grateful for her help. The paint crew was pleasant and helpful. I would go and check on the progress daily and they would walk me around and point out concerns and ask how I wanted to handle some situations. They filled and textured some holes where we had to remove drywall anchors and the finish was flawless. After the job, we had a final walkthrough inspection where we found some minor issues (including a couple of issues that I caused) and Tim had his guys come back out and fix these small issues. It is clear that these guys care about doing a great job and making their customers happy. There were a few miscommunications during our projects but it was always very clear to me that Tim and the crew he had in our home wanted to make this project right for us. At the end of the day THAT is what really matters so this was a 5 star experience for us.

We had a few miscommunications last fall (2013), but after all that was resolved, this company proved themselves twice over. They bent over backwards to make the faults right again, and their work was IMPECCABLE AND AMAZING!!! Our house is the best on the block now. I am so glad that my husband and I both did not take off work... We had an exterior paint estimate scheduled on Monday at 1:30pm and no one showed up. I called Golden Touch Painters and there was an apparent miscommunication. We rescheduled for Tuesday at noon (the next day). On Tuesday, again, no one showed up to our house to provide an estimate. I called Golden Touch Painters and there was no answer, nor did anyone call to inform me of a reschedule. I would not recommend this company.

Golden touch painters painted our whole basement ceiling and walls. Free paint scheme/color consultation, excellent communication, quality work and follow up. Tim was easy to work with and we felt comfortable meeting the painters to have them in our home while we could go to work and come home to a finished project. Professional and highly reccommended.
