This company is very slow to respond and not eager for business. Would not recommend wasting your time. Had them come out and quote, said they would email it over shortly and they never did. I followed up with a call a few days later, no return call at all and no quote.

When I hired Certapro it was last summer..2017. The team was eager to work but inexperienced. They tried hard to fix issues but ultimately were making it worse. I hired exterior painting. I have a 2 story structure with hardy board siding. I also hired decks to be done. I have over paint on trim currently, paint splatters on my windows and paint on my shingles. Trim was painted inconsistent light color paint where dark should be. The decks appear to have paint mixed in sealant. I have complained to to Gregg, he came and looked.. i have had no other sign of him since he had others come and look. Now i have peeling paint. I have contacted Gregg as of this morning March 21, 2018. I hope I have solutions and fixes to all of my issues past and now current.

I had 5 quotes before I started my paint project. CertaPro was not the highest or the lowest. I chose them because I had heard from others that they do great work. On my job they did outstanding stellar work. I will definitely use them for every paint job that I have in the future.

The estimater Brent showed up right on time. He was clean and very professional. He walked through the job with me and listened to my specific needs. The painters were awesome! The were on time everyday and cleaned up every night. My walls and ceilings came out great. Thanks CertaPro! I will use them to paint the outside of my home this spring.

I had a difficult exterior paint job that needed to be done very late in the season due to some issues I had with wood rotting. I'd read tons of really good reviews on Certa Pro, but a few bad reviews on Yelp concerned me. I liked the sales person, the price they quoted for the work and their willingness to paint outside in the cold, so I called the owner to discuss both my expectations for the job and the reviews. He spent a lot of time with me on the phone and I thought he seemed very forthright, so I hired them. The painters were very courteous and hard working. The communication was very good and the finished job was outstanding. As in most painting jobs an issue arose that needed to be addressed that they had not seen and once I brought it to their attention, they were very humble and honest about it and made it right without a hassle. The owner of the company even drove out to my house to make sure I was happy with the work. There is a two year guarantee on the work as well. No company is ever perfect, but based on my experience, if an issue arises they fix it, and in my book, that is the mark of a good company. I highly recommend CetaPro.

After getting 3 estimates to paint the exterior of our 3 story home in the Historic District, we chose CertaPro... not only because their estimate was the most reasonable but also because they returned our calls and answered our questions in a very timely and professional manner. Once the project began, they were efficient and respectful, and did an excellent job of cleaning up each day. They kept us up to date as to what the next step was at all times, and upon completion did a thorough inspection with us to make sure that we were happy with the final results. Greg and team were so easy to work with and with short notice he was able to get a team into my dad's house and paint ceilings, walls, trim, doors and cupboards. It was obvious the guys have done this for a long time and were expert painters. Priced very reasonably as well! What a hassle-free task; gave me one less thing to worry about!
