They painted our entire home, and did a great job. It looks better than it did to begin with. I would have given them 5 stars if it were the doritos left in my carpet even though we're replacing the carpet in a few days I don't want ants. Overall they did a great job on the walls. We couldn't have done it ourselves.

They were scheduled to come out and paint our exterior trim on 6/28. We were told the painting team would arrive between 8-9 AM. At 10, no team had arrived, so I called their head of scheduling. I did not receive a call back for several hours. He then rescheduled our painting for Monday, 7/1. The same process repeated itself on Monday. No painting team arrived and there was no communication from Sharper Impressions until hours after I called. After being unable to work for two days waiting for painting crews that never arrived, I emailed the company to give them a chance to make things right. I detailed the issues we've had and asked if they would offer a discount for the inconvenience and unnecessary missed work. They responded by voiding my contract. When I replied and stated that I did not wish to have my contract canceled, but just wanted accurate communication about when the work would be done, they responded "We have been painting homes for over 27 years and we have a strict policy when it comes to customers requesting or demanding any type of discount, refund, or any kind of compensation prior to their project actually beginning" Now I'm not only out two days I could have worked, but also will not have my trim painted at all.... Just be warned...their quote will be well priced but communication will be terrible. If you have the audacity to be upset about the lack of communication, they'll just cancel your services.

Painting the entire house, shutters, etc. Actually took less time than anticipated. And they put all my patio furniture back in place for me before I ever got home! Always a plus.

After receiving a mailer indicating a 25% discount I contacted Sharper Impressions Painting to schedule a visit to quote our exterior and interior house painting. During the visit the sales representative stated the 25% discount was already included in his pricing. He appeared to be professional initially but remarked that he appreciated more upscale homes that reflected greater creativity. After we mentioned a competitive price the sale rep never sent us a quote but rather a letter stating that he was fully booked with business the rest of the year. His refusal to quote us and remark of being fully booked appeared to a dishonest statement reflecting his indignace towards competitive pricing. Given his refusal to quote us, I would not recommend contacting Sharper Impressions Painting for a painting quote unless you were prepared to pay a premium price for a service that may be over rated. We did find a painting company whose sales representative was very accommodating and well referenced by both customers and paint supply vendors.

We had a great experience with Sharper Impressions Painting Co. From the initial phone call to set up a time to get a quote to the completed walk through. Every step of the way we were very impressed. Everyone we dealt with was very kind and took the time to explain things to us as we had never hired a painter before and wanted to make sure we knew what we were paying for. We had our outdoor trim, garage door and front door painted. They prepped the surfaces, scraped loose paint and filled gaps. Even replaced rotten wood for us. The crew was fantastic! Worked very hard to make sure things were done right and to our liking. Cleaned up after themselves, communicated well during each stage. The owner was always readily available and even stopped over to see how everything was going. Would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again on future projects!

I had them paint my stairway, ceiling and walls going up the stairs with Sherwin Williams Alabaster paint. I was specific about the walls being done with Satin paint.. They used flat on everything, which DOES NOT CLEAN UP WELL!. When I contacted the them to inform them it was flat paint, not the easy clean satin, that I ordered, they said they would do it again, but I would have to buy the paint. I didn't mess up... they did. I patched and spackle all my pictures holes, which they also said they would do. I missed one, they didn't patch that. I would not recommend them at all. They should have made it right!

Really satisfied with the finished project. The crew was easy to work with. Took a little longer than I expected, but that was probably due to the heat and wood repairs. The paint looked terrific. The wood repairs are good. Very solid 4 stars. I would use them again.

I decided to go with Sharper Impressions Painting Company because of the owner, Justin. Initially I received three estimates and felt Justin gave the most professional and knowledgeable presentation. He was on time for his appointment, had a notebook with references, proof of insurances, quality of paint, decorator assistance when choosing colors, and a fair price for the job. Once I signed the contract, the job was scheduled and completed within the month. The head painter, Luis contacted me when he would bring his crew to the house and get started. Luis was a conscientious, professional painter, taking pride in his workmanship, making certain his team did the same. He explained his technique for applying two coats of paint so it would get the best possible coverage. The entire team was courteous, and cleaned up the area after each day of work. My house looks beautiful, and I was thankful for the assistance of the decorator included in the estimate. The only thing I can't comment on is if the paint will last over time. They did prime the cedar wood on the bare spots and provided adequate paint coverage so I hope I am good to go for at least 7-8 years.

Exterior trim, porch, garage doors, shutters, wood repair. They painted the wood trim around the entire house, gutters, porch, garage doors, front door and shutters. We had to have all 6 posts repaired at the base. They did a better job than expected on the wood repair. The day the shutters and doors were painted the color did not turn out well (due to a bad choice on our part). It was a Saturday and Shawn made arrangements for the crew to return Sunday and repaint them. Setting up the appointment was easy, Justin was courteous and informative. The paint crew was courteous and friendly and did great work. Shawn communicated well when the job was assigned. They were 25% less expensive that the other 3 businesses I got quoted from. Highly recommend. House looks great!

Had them out for a quote. They were late, rude, and tracked my home up with mud. They spent the majority of the quote speaking negatively about a competitor they saw another brochure for in my house. Just very unprofessional all around.
