I contracted Paintco Painters to paint my house. I had a special request, that required my wood windows be repaired first. They subcontracted this wood repair labor out and disclosed this as the case. The wood repair was around $2500.00 and I expected a quotation from him, although I simply received an invoice. It was still within other quotes and the other quotes did not include the window repair. Excellent Quality and Craftsmanship. I would hire them again!

I want to start by saying osmin and his crew were very nice and we have zero complaints about them. They did a fabulous job and were very professional. That being said everyone else i dealt with within this company was less than. Our salesman chris stood and told me to cancel another contractor because he would beat the price then when it came time to do the job informed us it would be 100 more to do the whole house (which is what we talked about). He then denied the entire conversation. Nick the project manager, was nice, but I spent an entire day thru text, because he refused my phone calls, trying to understand why when weather was no longer the issue I had no one at my house to complete the work. Our home was going on the market the following week and we were promised the work would be done, providing the we had a couple of warm days( the primary reason we went with this company).The first time my house was powerwashed it looked horrible and a screen got torn. Nick was willing to fix it but only after I sent numerous before and after photos and demanded it be fixed. I called and left a message for a manager to call me so we could discuss all of this but 3 days later have yet to receive that call back. All in all the work got done and it looks good. It just was way more stressful and included a lot of time and energy on my part than necessary.

The painters went above and beyond to make the house look great. We have siding on our home and took advantage of the pressure washing they offer to get rid of some mold build up on one side of the home. The finished product looks fantastic. Although, a few things surprised me a bit about the experience. Our service was bumped up to begin a week early. We received an email, late in the afternoon Saturday, before service was to begin early Monday morning, that it would be helpful if all bushes were trimmed away from the painting surfaces, (along with several other small items to do). Luckily, we had just done this on our own earlier in the week, just because it was time to get it done. It would have been difficult to get it done before the job started, if we had not already completed it. I was surprised at the lack of warning for this preparation. The other item of surprise was the time length of the job. The estimator who spec'd the job told me it would take one day and maybe a few hours. The job actually took two full days. I could not be home for most of the second day, because I had planned to work, due to what I had been told, and was not even here when the job was completed at 8 p.m. the second day. The painters were determined to finish, but unfortunately did not have time to totally clean up as I would have expected. Even so, I would recommend them to someone looking for their home to be painted and am happy with the overall job.

I had a hard time picking a color and trying to match it with the color theme of my home. PAINTCO sent me a color specialist and he helped me find a PERFECT color for my home. I was highly impressed with Matt, the estimator, who came out to give an estimate for our exterior trim. He was very friendly, easy to talk to, and up front with me. Once I paid my deposit, tells painters were out at my house within a week or two. They showed up around 8:30 and were completely finished by 4pm. They did great work and cleaned up really nicely after themselves. The lead painter listened to my requests to try and not go over budget on replacing wood and he actually ended up helping me SAVE some money which I highly appreciate, especially in a world where it seems like all types of sales people are trying to hustle you for a few extra hundred dollars. I would highly recommend Paint Co Professionals and will look to them in the future for any projects I made need completed.

I wouldn't recommend this company at all. I had my garage ceiling and walls painted. Supposed to be 2 coats on ceiling and walls as stated in the quote. Clearly not done. I had them come back out right after because there were spots on the ceiling you could see were not covered or were a different color. The painters actually told me "yes we realized we touched up the ceiling with the shinier wall paint" but they still left saying the job was complete. I had to have them come back out and paint that as well as touch up the walls where they patched but didn't bother to sand. Of course you can see these areas since they just ran a couple strips with a roller. As time has went on for a couple of months you can clearly see on the walls there was NOT 2 coats of paint. Now that it is warmer and I am able to be out there working you can still see spots on the ceiling that were not painted, which means it did not get 2 coats either. Don't expect someone from the company to come out either to address your concerns, they just send the painters back out. I don't speak Spanish so it was very hard to communicate what the problems were. They came highly recommended but I can't figure out why. We had planned on having them do some painting at my parents but that definitely isn't going to happen. **UPDATE** Thank you very much for taking this issue and making it right. It says a lot about your company and it is very appreciated.

I found Paintco on Homeadvisor, which I had never used before. I was impressed at how quickly they got out to give me an estimate and then how quickly they were able to fit me in. The team worked super hard for a week straight making sure everything was done just the way I wanted. Our walls were in bad shape with 100's of nail holes but after they were finished you would never know they were there. Just hired them again today to do he rest of our home. May even have them do the outside this fall. I have already passed along their name to many friends and neighbor's.

Did not go well. Terminated before completion. Our exterior project included soffit, trim, porch ceilings, doors, frames, and stucco on a 100+ year old 1.5 story brick home and garage/carriage house. Our final decision to select Paintco came down to their military affiliation as my husband and I are dedicated to supporting our veterans. Unfortunately the job was terminated before its completion due to a disparity over the definition of "scrap all loose or peeling paint to ensure proper adhesion of primer/finish coat." If you have a job that requires 2/3 of the time to be spent on set-up and prep this might not be the company for you. Be sure to understand at the time of quote what paint will and will not be removed and how it affects the stated warranty. Also you might want to make sure the contract requires that drop cloths be used at all times. I have paint chips in landscape, on the roof surfaces, sidewalks, and deck that would have been minimized with this measure. A time of post waiting on communication from company to determine what this unfortunate job cost me.

We used Paintco on the recommendation of a friend; the company was friendly, professional and affordable. The cost to paint the interior of our condo was around what I expected to pay. The job was finished in one day & while I was very happy with the work done, I felt the protection of the other furniture & flooring could have been a little better. For example I've found paint drips on a bed comforter, a baby changing table, specks on our hardwood floors along the wall, carpet on the stairs. We would still use the company again, just be a little more cognizant of moving some of our own things out of the way.

We didn't have enough space in the garage to set up the paint booth, so the team lead took them home and did them there to meet the 2-3 day promise time! Where to begin...The good thing is that the paint crew was able to get a lot of paint on the wall in a fairly short amount of time, and the finished product looks good. However, the rest of the experience was less than adequate. The biggest issue was the incredible lack of communication between the sales manager and the painting crew. Not once did they reference the contract, and moved furniture to try and paint the wrong walls. One of the walls got painted the wrong color and needed to redone. Cleanup was almost non-existent, as paint was left on furniture, carpet, bathtub, sinks, counter-tops, and other walls. It took multiple hours to get 2 rooms clean again. When we called to talk with the project manager, he did not answer the phone and his voicemail was full. We were supposed to get a walk-through upon completion of the project, but as of a week later, no one has contacted us. Additionally, we received a bill via email the day they finished, and when we paid it the next day, it was already considered "late" by their online payment system. At least the paint crew was pleasant and courteous.

We are SUPER EXCITED that we went with PaintCo for our project!! We purchased a home and wanted nearly all of the interior painted. Plus, we wanted it done in less than a week! From start to finish, the folks at PaintCo were so helpful and answered all of our questions. They were very accommodating and even gracious enough to add ceilings to our project just a couple of days prior to starting. The workers were prompt and hard working. The project was done earlier than expected and it looks amazing!! There were only a couple of places that needed touch ups and they took care of them right away. My house was ugly, aluminum, and had a lot of difficult kinks.. not anymore! My experience with PaintCo Painters was nothing short of amazing. It rained most of the week my painting was scheduled and after they had power washed it.. the moment there was sunshine, they came back out and had to re-wash it (no prompting necessary) and started right away. Some days they even worked until 9 pm to make up for lost time. The entire team was great to work with.. the scheduler was keep me updated at every step of the way. The project manager pointed out little scuffs during the final walk-through that he made sure the team would fix. The painters never batted an eye at any of the spots I wanted done twice. Paintco Painters couldn't be better!
