We have had worked with Joel and Elite Pro Painting to paint most of our home's interior including all the trimwork, all of our exterior and also our kitchen cabinets. Bottom line: Elite Pro attempted to ensure the rooms and trim they were hired to paint were done with quality but at the end of the day, the hassle and mistakes outweighed the try. They were hired to paint a large portion of our home and trim. A job that was scheduled to take a day and half took over a week. Paint spills, noticeable blimishes, and an employee randomly leaving the job, we were left unimpressed and sorry we chose them over the others who provided a quote. Unfortunately we are still finding spots of paint on our hardwood floors where they failed to properly lay down protective plastic. OF NOTE: John worked really hard to make things right and even re-painted a wall a different color to help blend the new paint job together. He truly cares for his customers. He has our respect.

It was a huge job and they got it done within the allotted time frame of 7 days! I would highly recommend them! This was our first experience hiring painters, so we don't have any other experience to compare it to. Pros: Our house looks great. They helped us pick a good color. Our neighbors love it. Cons: There are parts of the house that I wish we would have painted a different color, and we probably weren't assertive enough about it. You know, when contractors are painting your house, and their manager tells you, if you have any problems with the painting, talk to him - not them, and he is offsite, it just isn't easy to get what you want. You want to be able to say, hey paint this section this color. If I were painting the house myself, I could easily change it. Our main reason for painting our house was to prevent our small kids from getting exposed to lead paint chips. When we selected Elite Pro Painting, we made this clear, and they said they were going use drop cloths to collect the chips. Instead, they blew the chips on the ground. After they painted the house, they said they would be back to vacuum up the chips in a few days. They didn't come back when they said they would, we even gave them an extra week. They didn't return our phone calls. A month later they finally sent someone by with a vacuum, but even after that, there are still chips everywhere (after a month of rain), and I still need to figure out how to prevent my kid from playing with paint chips.

Fantastic contractor, Elite pro painted my granddads home last weekend and they did a fantastic job, both men where friendly and professional. I didn't have time to do paint the house myself because of work commitments so I hire the Elite pro team to do it, they completed the job in under 8 hours with no mess for me to tidy up, very happy with the work and end result.
