The job I had was very small and the only thing I thought the price was a little high for the work to be done we wanted to get this done ASAP so I paid the price.

Very professional work. The crews worked long hours to have the exterior of my home painted. It took two and a half days and my house was transformed. They take extra care to keep from getting paint where paint shouldn’t be. You will be informed daily of the progress as well as the next days goals. We are very happy with the results.

Poor paint job of entire interior and exterior of home. Unprofessional painters who used cheap paint which has chipped in numerous locations through out the home. Zero prep work done before the job. Worst paint job ever had in my 30 years living in this home. Would not refer them to my worst enemy. Reporting to town clerk to not allow work in this town. Horrible experience. They sat down with us over the colors and how the project would look before they even started . Make sure to read this entire review…. I was happy when I first saw my bedroom, closet and bathroom painted. it looked great, took them only 6 hours. After that my boyfriend came home where we noticed paint on the bathroom door, some kind of bleach or something on our bed, a spot of paint and a footprint in dust. I specifically remember them saying that they would go get a plastic cover for the bed. Well I had one and i offered it too them since they didn’t have one on hand they turned down my offer and said they’d get one. Then maybe a week or two I started noticing, there was paint on 3 parts of the bottom trim in the bathroom, along with on the cabinets, the mirror, the light above the sink and on the tile in the shower. They weren’t super obvious at first due to the color of that was used. They top of the cabinet was left covered in dust from sanding.

We just finished having our ENTIRE interior done. Supervisor Juan was amazing, understanding and thorough. His entire crew was polite, respectful and did a great job. Owner John personally called to follow up even though he was not our Sales Manager. Scott, our sales manager, included all the special notes and information from our original meeting. Such a great team to have in our home for a week. We cannot say enough good things about them all! They cleaned up everyday and asked what else they could help us move or do even as their last day ran long. Poor guys! Every day they came in and we had a few items we saw and wanted fixed. They were happy to address those issues. AND they rolled and brushed everything! No spraying (which we all know doesn't last). Great experience overall. Thank you, CertaPro!

The indirect lighting in these rooms made it hard to see. Mike came back and fixed the areas making sure that we were pleased. This is a late post but we need to comment on what a professional company this is from the first contact with the estimator to the site foreman. There was only one small glitch it communication but quickly resolved and they showed up as scheduled and were done in 2 1/2 days. We are located in rural Laporte IN and had our home painted by CertaPro in October and it turned out Great! Because it was a cedar home they took extra care to maintain a weather barrier to protect the future of the wood and after two coats of custom color that matched the exact original color, it looks like brand new. Originally they were going to spray one coat & hand brush the other. Because it was windy the first day they chose to hand brush both coats. The foreman Alex was great to work with. He kept me informed of what they were going to do each day and what to expect. They crew paid close attention to detail and protecting the areas around the house from any paint dripping. Based on how our project turned out we would recommend this group and will contact them for our next project. The Thompsons.

Details from this company was very poor, specs were left all over my dark wood floor, and the guy tried giving me $250 to justify this. This is not acceptable and it was very horrible. Come to find out they specialize in sub contracting and have only been in business a few years and have a gift of gab. I give them only a one star for their advertising and their ability to portray themselves as a high rated company when their not. As I researched them more thoroughly, you can look them up under YouTube under Certapro subcontracting to better understand what this means and other people's experiences with them. Freaking jerks, your ripoffs.

We elected to have our garage door and front Door painted. After reviewing a couple of quotes; I decided on CertaPro to complete the work. The estimate of work was fair, and everything was clearly explained. Rob (certapro) called a few minuted before arrival. Upon his arrival he reviewed the work to be completed and confirmed we were using the same colors. Rob got straight to work. I really hate leaving bad reviews, but I am so dissatisfied I must. I had my cabinets, hallway, living room, and kitchen painted back in March. I came in at the end of the day to lock up my house and after two coats of paint on the cabinets it was very clear you could still see through the paint. They added a third coat of paint to the cabinets. Unfortunately that still wasn’t enough to cover it, I expressed my concern and got a very rude response the first time around. Later I did get an apology but in my opinion, it was too little too late. They came out a second time to put another coat of paint on the cabinets and do touch ups around the trim that were missed. It still didn’t look great but at that point I wasn’t comfortable with them coming out a third time after how I was initially treated. Now that I have lived in my home for some time I see the mistakes every single day and it drives me nuts. There is paint on the bottom of my counter tops, gaps in between the wall and trim that didn’t even get a single coat of paint, and now my cabinets are already chipping in places that are not handled or touched ever. Overall a HUGE disappointment .I know this is going to result in me having to continuously touch this up, or just buy new cabinets which I was trying to avoid. It just goes to show no one will take care of your home like you will so save yourself the thousands of dollars and do it yourself!

Just finished having my house painted on the outside by CertaPro of Schererville - Domingo & Hosea did all the work and they did a fabulous job - Power washed , caulked & glazed, took the downspouts down and shutters and then put them back up again when finished - 1st class job and so very nice - took them one week for a huge endeavor.
