The first set of painters who came left my house a mess and rushed through the process leaving paint splatter on my stairwell, walls and kitchen. Drywall dust from sanding was everywhere including on my couches and hardwood floors. I called the manager he came out and apologized and did help put things back the way they were and set up a new crew to come out. A week later a group of men came out did a good job with painting and clean up however we were disappointed with the ceiling beam that still was not fixed as it should have been. The manager never called to see if we were satisfied none the less I had to pay a professional floor cleaner to clean up the mess from the first crew costing me $300.

Contracted, showed up at house to power wash. Forgot their hose. When we questioned whether it was appropriate to paint less than 24 hours later. They cancelled contract. Strange reaction, but definitely for the best. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________ Appreciate your response, but it is not summer. in fact temperatures are dropping near freezing. She did not tell them no and simply asked whether this practice is appropriate. I have been a lead coatings engineer and plant manager for coatings manufacturer for 35 years and the question is absolutely appropriate. I think they left, because they had forgot their hose for their power washer. Good Luck

Outstanding! I know the the paint is what makes the house look better but having a professional team that worked closely with us throughout the entire project was so nice. Everyone involved in our project was extremely helpful and prompt when we had any questions. Constant contact really made us feel wanted and respected. We had lead based paint that needed to be removed and they made sure that they cleaned up after each day and that nothing was left around for our dog or children to even come close to. Well worth the money to have such a hard job done professionally and not to mention QUICKLY!

At the end of each day the crew would clean up all of their equipment and supplies and place them out of the way on our property. In a world where its very hard to not only find good workers but especially ones that can be trusted it was a breath of fresh air to have Jose's crew. I would highly suggest CertaPro and encourage you to ask for Jose!
