I have contracted Certa Pro in other locales (Southern California) for commercial projects and unfortunately have learned the hard way that the standard among different regions is completely different. We hired Certa Pro to complete 2 small apartment building exteriors. An extremely simple paint job where the buildings needed to be prepped, then painted - WHITE. Standard, simple, easy job for experienced painters. The job was mishandled from the start. The paint crew did not meet the high expectation set by the salesman, (or my expectation from using Certa Pro previously elsewhere). Interior paint brushes were used for an exterior job, over $1000 extra in paint materials cost was incurred over the expectation set and paint crew members used clean apartment bathrooms (ready for lease) without permission causing property management to incur additional cleaning costs. If you are looking for an exterior paint job, I would look elsewhere, unless you want it to look like the attached photos.

I would not recommend if you are not a “large or commercial” project. You will get put to the side. Waiting 6 months (instead of 6 weeks) for any work to be done for the “weather to clear” seems like an excuse for poor planning and over scheduling projects. If you want someone who will make you a priority this is not the company to go with.

Like CertaPro and the company in its self however I don't like the fact they have a worker there that is not a honest worker and is making their company look bad while blaming his staff but in all honesty its him....

I've known Wes, the owner, since 2005 and always found him to be professional, honest and very knowledgeable about the painting industry. He is also friendly and easy-going when dealing with his customers and staff. Wes is a man of integrity and I highly recommend him for anything related to the painting industry.

Tremendously overpriced and do nothing but talk for over an hour wasting your time when arriving to get the information for the quote. To just paint thr trim and garage it was just $500 more to have Windows doors and more replace our trim with brand new aluminum and our garage is so low we can paint it our ourselves. Do you research and stop overpaying in this area! Everything in the Midwest is so expensive! I’ve had a home in Boston Massachusetts and Chandler Arizona and was blown away at what it costs to do things to your extremely cheap home here in the middle of nowhere Fort Wayne Indiana.

CertaPro is a great place to get an estimate for any painting you need done. They are very friendly and professional.I would recommend them for any painting job you have to have done and they you a very good grade of paint
