Brett's team painted the exterior of our 2 story old home plus the garage. We had a rain delay between prep and painting, but as soon as there was a good weather window, the team came out and worked very hard and professionally. They were extremely polite and considerate and dedicated to getting the job finished after the wet June and early July we had here in east central Illinois. I will definitely call Shaw's Premier Painting in the future.

We choose Brett and Shaw's Premier Painting to do this large job,, and we could not be happier with the finished product.. Brett is very helpful to work with and his crew are all excellent painters. This project also included painting build in shelves, trim and window frames - big and time consuming job to say the least. SPP met us on Monday to assess the project and provide us with a quote. By Tuesday Brett and Dwight had a crew of 8+ hardworking people in our house working timely and efficiently. We had one miscommunication but nothing this crew couldn't fix, bounce back and make it look better than how they found it. By Friday the project was done! Our home looked like a totally different place, so open, bright and fresh. The finishes on the work were fantastic. We decided on Shaw’s Premier Painting after Brett walked us through the house and helped us envision what the house would look like after a new paint job. "Did we just become best friends?! Yep!!" Best company out there!! My only concern is that they will become too successful and move to a larger city! (Please, no.) I can not speak more highly of Shaw's Premier Painting. They weren't shy of amazing! Brett was quick to respond to my inquiry and wasn't afraid to express his concerns/suggestions with my color choices (which I was so grateful for! I mean, he is the expert and all.) He is extremely knowledgeable and takes pride in his team and their results! Brett and his team delivered a standard of professionalism that went above and beyond my expectations. Clayton, Chad, Dan and the rest of the crew did an excellent job staining the exterior of our house. They wrapped all the fixtures in plastic, carefully pulled down our trellises and reattached them, and encouraged me to point out spots they might have missed. Gave a bid, set a date to complete the job with myself and my insurance company ,changed the date 3 times knowing the work had to be completed by a deadline e for me to get reimbursed, and then stopped responding to calls or texts. Completely unprofessional and I found out from a "friend" of the owners on social media that they hire previously incarcerated individuals. No wonder he said I didn't need to supervise them in my home. Thank goodness I didn't give them the down payment yet!!

I called and set up an appointment and then went out and bought $50 in paint but he never bothered to show up or return my calls. Oh well, he's lost a customer for life....
