Rob and his workers painted the entire main floor of our house. Rob was very professional in all of his dealings with us, and his painters were hard workers! They arrived on time, washed their brushes outside, and made sure to clean up after themselves at the end of each day. We are so pleased with how everything looks now! I would recommend Shae Decorating in a heartbeat. They were excellent!

My retired mother hired Shae Decorating about a year ago, and she seemed happy as could be with their work, however, as the days grew longer, many visible streaks became visible on walls/ceilings. She contacted the owner, Rob, who came out about 8-9 months after work was complete. I wish he'd have said it too late, sorry, but he acknowledged the issues and said he'd be out over the next few weeks on a sunny day to rectify. Three months later, I called Rob who noted he was sorry, he had a family emergency, but would be out ASAP to correct. I get things happen, so I told him no problem, as long as it's addressed now. He guaranteed me it would be. Now, two months later, Rob doesn't even bother returning our call. Terrible customer service - if you say something is your problem, and promise to fix it ASAP..... you don't blow off the customer with lies for six months +.
