After much research, I finally found the painting company that cares about my hse as much as I care about my hse. That is R&J Painting— They did every single thing they said they would do = Each & every painter treated it like it was their own & did not stop short of making it look as “brand-new” as possible! They all took care of every detail I requested; & all were super pleasant to deal with. + Ray is the owner who knows everything there is about painting & brought my metal awnings back to life to now look gorgeous again! And most appreciative to Tonya who welcomed any questions & who also made everything flow so very smooth. I so strongly will recommend R&J to all my friends!

Honestly, you don’t need to look any further for your exterior home painting needs. Ray and his team are it! From the start, they were timely, considerate, responsible, and honest with their quality approach to quoting and completing work. There were no corners cut and no details left out. We found R&J on Google and contacted them because of their consistently high reviews. The entire experience was positive from start to finish. Ray himself came over, provided the estimate, explained everything very clearly, professionally, and transparently. He was professional and personable. Once we signed the contract, another easy process, we were quickly accommodated and scheduled, with his team of wonderful painters arriving punctually, with courtesy and respect. Choosing paints and getting answers to any questions we had was smooth and easy. I can't say enough about how great they were to work with. They were quite, friendly, and very comfortable to have in our home. I dare say we would have them over just to hang out with regardless of the work. In any case, they worked quickly, cleanly, and were always polite and professional. The communication was always clear and honest. The work was flawless, backed up, and when we accidentally took off some paint off because we closed a door too soon...they came out the next day and fixed it up for us. This was our first time hiring any painters and we are very impressed and LOVE the work done by R & J Painting. Our home looks amazing now! We have had an absolutely amazing experience working with this company. Communication was great starting from the very beginning when we call office. Ray came within couple of days to provide an estimate and we decided to hire them since they had the best online customer reviews. We had pleasure to work with Paul and his crew: Brandon, Jason, and Fernando. There were additional few people (whose names we don’t remember) who came on Friday to help out so the job can be done on time. However; even with extra help, they were not able to finish it before weekend which was okay with me, but my husband insisted and wanted to be done. In that situation Paul and Brandon came at 7am on Saturday and worked until painting was done. Thank you very much for doing that. All the painters were very skilled, professional, courteous, and paid attention to details. They smoothed out the walls by filling in the holes and all the cracks, and replacing drywall where needed. They cleaned they work area each day before they left. We were impressed with the precautions they took to cover and move the furniture and other items that were on the way. Everything was beautifully done!!! Thank you!!! You are absolutely amazing and hardworking people!! Also, I want to say thank you to Tonya for being such an understanding person and contacting me via email which was more convenient in my case since I work night shift. All in all, this company is a great choice if you need clean and professional painting done. If we need additional painting we know who will be called. You can’t go wrong with R & J Painting.

We were impressed with R & J Painting from the moment Ray stepped in the door to estimate our job. We got two bids, and even though they were similar in price, we felt much more comfortable with R & J. They have a large crew, and were able to handle moving all of our heavy furniture, even our entertainment center, without unplugging or disconnecting anything. Dan headed the team of three, with Brandon and Nick. When it appeared they might not be able to finish as planned on the second day, they brought in Wade to help for a couple of hours. They laid down drop cloths immediately starting at the front door, even though they weren't going to be working in that part of the house until the second day. They did very professional work, and cleaned up each day. They removed picture hooks from the walls, painted behind them and put them right back up. Dan and I walked through the house at the end of the job, and he made sure I was happy with everything they had done. When they had cleaned up, Ray stopped back to inspect the job and take pictures. In all, I was very pleased, and would not hesitate to recommend R & J Painting to anyone!

Ray came to my house to quote on the staining of the exterior of our cedar home. He was very nice and professional. I ended up having more questions, called him back, and he came out a second time. Not even aware that he was going to get the job. He answered every single question I had, and never made me feel as if I was asking a stupid one. He is very honest, doesn't take advantage of you, walks around the house with you, shows you what should be done, and explains everything that will be done to you in full detail. The crew he had paint the house were very professional, respectful, and cleaned up every day before they left. It only took one week to start and finish the job. Ray told me they start at 7:00 am. I would look out my window at 6:55 and they were already here and ready to start. They were all very meticulous on every thing they painted. If one of them wasn't satisfied with what they did, they redid it! I found out from one of the painters that Ray added a thing or two to be done to make the house look nicer that was not on the original quote. Ray never mentioned it to me, and he never charged me for it. Who does that??? Ray is also very reliable. Every time I would text him he would reply within minutes, or Tonya, his office manager, would reply very quickly to my emails. This is a company that I would most definitely hire again! Actually, we had him give us a quote for painting our basement.

Between Ray & Tonya (in the office) the communication about work to be performed, cost, & the painting schedule were laid out very clearly. The estimate was detailed & did not vary at all from the final cost. We hired R & J Painting to do exterior work on our house. They did a fantastic power washing job to clean the stucco. We also had them paint the garage and front doors, and all the trim work. Look no further - this company is hands down one of the best. Not only do they do an immaculate job, but their customer service is outstanding. Tonya, his office manager, is one of the most pleasant people to work with and was very responsive throughout the process. I had an electrician come a couple days before they came out and did some damage to our dry wall without repair. I was worried this would be a problem, but it was not a problem at all for them. Adding to our previous review. We contracted with them to do more work this spring - including painting the garage walls and basement floor. Both of these surfaces required a lot of prep work before painting. R&J are experts in doing the hard stuff - sanding, plastering, scraping, etc., all before any paint goes on. The results are just beautiful. Great company. We were impressed by their professionalism during the entire process. Communication regarding the quote and scheduling of work was a breeze. We had R&J stain/paint (we used a solid color stain, so it is more like a paint) our deck twice in the past 10 years. Both times it turned out great. The most recent time it had some bubbling issues due to moisture from under our deck. We have it closed of for esthetics so there is really no airflow. Ray came back and fixed everything as he stands behind his work. A+++

R and J Painters did a fantastic job. Not only did they manage to paint over the neon blue that I had thought was a brilliant idea at 13 but they managed to repair all of the holes, dents and cracks that came from various child escapades. They also touched up the trim where my home done paint job had left blue and green splotches. The whole thing was done in only two days! They were super helpful as well. Originally they had come over to give an estimate for two rooms but upon arrival Ray patiently walked through the whole house as we found more and more things that needed to be done. He then wrote up a proposal for us with the estimates for each separate item. Super friendly and did an amazing job!
